L'accueil de son personnel à la réception, la spontanéité et la disponibilité pour tout genre d'informations. femme de ménage compétente qui ne cesse de sourire à chaque moment. les 02 personnes à la réception (Journée et Night auditor) qui m'ont facilité mon séjour et l'ont rendu agréablement bien. Son cachet familial aussi et sa réputation, sa situation aussi auprès du centre ville et de la plage, ainsi que les restaurants et petits coins de nuit et du shooping. Son accès facile et sa propreté.

Нам не понравился мужчина, который дежурил на ресепшн по ночам!!!! мужчина итальянец не знает даже английского языка, очень вспыльчивый , не компетентный, не знает где посмотреть бронь, да еще и выгоняет среди ночи посетителей!!!!!!!!! Не умеет контролировать свои эмоции!!!! Очень понравился хозяин Энцио и сотрудница из Молдавии на ресепшн. Спокойно решила нашу проблему, свела конфликт к минимуму. Извинилась на протяжении всего нашего пребывания в гостинице за сложившуюся ситуацию. Поработать над повышением квалификации персонала, пройти курсы или тренинг по стрессоустойчивости

Erano alcuni anni che non tornavo a Rimini e devo dire che l'accoglienza è sempre il valore aggiunto di questa città. Molto simpatico e preparato lo staff che ci ha accolto e assistito dall'arrivo alla partenza. La camera semplice ma efficente e pulitissima. Grazie alla prossima

Location and cleanliness.Good breakfast. No shower tray very messy to take a shower. Its not true that all rooms come with balcony as it says on the description & since we are all smokers i chose this hotel to have a balcony. I had 2 rooms booked with this hotel & none of them were with a balcony. I complained to the manager of the hotel & he then gave me only 1 room with balcony saying that i had to file my complaints through booking.com & not with him which was really stupid.
