very convenient location, near train station, restaurants and duomo, short walk to Ponte Vecchio
The location is excellent. Its is a close walk to everything you want to see. The front desk was so helpful from arranging private wine tours and drivers to recommendations on where to eat.
We liked everything.
Great location, service and breakfast
Decoration of hotel and location
The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean with a great bathroom. Located close enough to walk to the Duomo and posh shopping streets.
The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean and renovated so that, despite the often clamorous neighborhood, was totally quiet. It felt like a truly private room.
The breakfast was generous, but the quality of food was ordinary.
Good Location, Nice breakfast, Friendly and helpful staff, Comfortable and roomy accomodations
Pillows were too,too soft- No support. Shower head didn't work too well. It was much better to take a bath.
Very nice hotel, in a very convenient location. Quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good also. Overall very positive experience.
Only negative was the WiFi, which was slow and inconsistent.
Located close to station, market, Duomo and churches.
great central location, friendly & helpful staff, good sized room. Reasonably priced stay
The decor of Hotel Art Atelier was amazing as well as our room. The front desk staff was helpful in giving us directions and maps to many of the attractions in Florence as well as recommendations for some nearby restaurants.
The hotel was not easy to find by car using our GPS. We had to ask a taxi driver to lead us to the hotel.
Fantastic location Wonderful friendly and helpful staff Really nice room
I liked the location end the room, because I stayed in a better room
The breakfast is not fair if you compare with the daily price of the hotel
the staff was really nice and polite. We had 2 great nights of sleep thanks to the amazing mattress we had in the room. the room itself was quite roomy with a desk and a place to put the luggage - we loved the style of the hotel, classy but simple Really good location - 5 min walk max from the station and from the duomo as well.
Nothing really maybe the breakfast could have fresh orange juice and some fruits but this is really not a big deal!
Staff were extremely polite, helpful and perfectly groomed. Great having a kettle and fridge. Loved having English Breakfast Teabags in the room!
amazing breakfast; perfect place in the center of the town; large bathroom
dirty corners in the bathroom
Accommodation was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in perfect location and only couple of minutes walk from the Duomo. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and there is no question they can't answer for you.
The only thing that could be improved on is the breakfast variety, but then again everything that was on offer was fresh and yummy too.
Central location close to the train station, room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast included in the room price had good variety compared with other places I have stayed
staying here for the second time - just an ideal
breakfast become poorer for two years, but still ok
Close to sights. Big rooms. Lots of windows. Comfy bed.
Slippery bathroom floor!!
Friendly staff Large private bathroom Quiet Comfortable bed
No fresh fruit as a breakfast option
The location is great, just a few steps from the most important sights, yet in a very quiet street. The bed was very comfortable. A/C made it possible to sleep (otherwise it would have been very hot and humid). I liked the furniture - not the standard ugly pieces, but nice white with a bit of an "antique" touch. The bathroom was very spacious too. And enough hangers for my clothes in the wardrobe.
The coffee at breakfast! Urgh. The bathtub was a bit narrow, so when I showered the curtain was "hugging" me. Not a very nice feeling.
