This spectacular converted chapel is now home to the Hotel Art by the Spanish Steps. A daringly modern which takes its name from its artistic décor and its fantastic location. The elegant rooms come with parquet floors and air conditioning. This contemporary hotel effortlessly combines the old with the new. It is set in the heart of Rome’s historic centre, just a few steps from the famous Piazza di Spagna. The hotel’s design however, offers something different from the ordinary, traditional hotels which are common in the area. The trendy materials, chic fabrics and bright colours really make this hotel stand out. The Art by the Spanish Steps Hotel features an intimate bar, courtyard and tranquil lounge area where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. Lovely choice of food for breakfast. Comfortable room, if small but everything we needed and very clean. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend it!

The changing pieces of art scattered around the hotel was nice Rooms were small, especially considering the cost. The lack of a proper bath, coupled with the minute shower was bad.

The rooms were small but very comfortable. The linen bed sheets were wonderful and to have the sheets changed daily was great, as was the twice daily change of towels. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. The bar/ breakfast area was soulless and not comfortable. The chairs were very low and a nightmare to get out of for anyone with any sort of disability, including just plain ageing!!

Staff were so friendly on reception, rooms were small but beautiful, really lovely shower products. Great breakfast albeit got very busy. Such a central locations, but quiet. Would definitely stay again. Staff were a little rude at breakfast

That was my second time and it not disappoint me.Most hotels go down in a while, this one keep its quality, maybe just a few updates needs to be done in rooms. I travel a lot and like to get some benefits after staying at the same hotel a few times ,like :points, upgrades etc. none

The lobby is very nice as well as the breakfast service. The modern design of the room looked clean online, but the fixtures in the bathroom were either not working properly and were extremely aged. The bathroom needed to be repaired. The green paint was too much to look at. I couldn't wait to leave.

the location is superb. very close to touristic area but also on a quiet street. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. would definitely advise this hotel noise from within the hotel. no noise insulation and you can hear very well what happens on the hallways as well as the interiour court if you happen to have a room facing the interior court.no noise from adjacent rooms though

Visually exciting with an interesting mix of history and art deco. The location in a quiet pretty street was within walking distance of the spanish steps,Trevi fountain and excellent shopping.The staff were very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants that were'nt touristy. The transfers arranged by staff to the airport and back were of a high standard and made our trip to Rome very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the rate and was excellent with attentive service at all times.

A very funky and groovy hotel, good breakfast and excellent location! The main girl at reception needs to smile and be more helpful. Wifi needs to be free and not 5 euro for 15 mins! Room a little small, and gym only has one machine.

מלון יפהפה, מעוצב, נקי מאד, ארוחת בקר מצויינת (חסר סלט כמו באירופה באופן כללי, אבל מעבר לזה - מגוון וטעים) החדרים מעט קטנים, אבל פונקציונאליים אינטרנט אלחוטי זמין היה יכול להוות תוספת נחמדה
