Great location next to the world heritage zone. The terrace where we use dto have breakfast has views of the Dumo and the tower. Friendly staff

Location was Superb. Next to City Walls, that housed Duomo with ALL that Average Tourist wants to see

No WiFi in Rooms as promised

1.There is no elevator.Need to carry 19 kg of luggage thru the stairs. 2.Name of the hotel was different from what was shown in the internet.Could cause serious headache to first traveler to Pisa.

excellent location right next to Piazza del Duomo. Anyone arriving by train should use San Rossore stn not Centrale

Rather noisy Room a bit small, but ok Wifi didn't work in room, only in common areas

Toilet has very loudly noise when switch on the light. Towel is very thin and unsoft

I did like the location is its extremely centre and close to the main attractions in Pisa. Having b'fast with the view of the Battistero. Good breakfast to start off with. Comfortable bed, with tv and small fridge, and shower/toilet. Receptionists, barman and cleaner very helpful.

I did not like the fact that there was no lift especially for those disabled or who have heavy luggage. For me it wasnt a problem though as I had hang luggage only. Noise caused from customers outside (sitting area of Mc Donalds). If possible to apply double glazing windows to lessen the noise of both passers by and motorbikes.

Our room was a bit cold and we had to use the extra blankets as the air conditioning did not help much. Breakfast could be better when comparing with similar class hotels.

location is good, and also is bad! I say it's good because it's just located in front of the tower! to say it's bad, because we arrived Pisa at night, it costed us 1 hour to find it! I called the hotel said we were lost, but the guy said he rarely speak english....

Not a great deal to be honest!

Location was good (extremely near to the big sites) but in a very busy and noisy area. The room was rather small and all the facilities on offer (including the breakfast) were `basic` without much comfort. Given stays elsewhere at a similar price it was very poor value for money and we very definiterly wouldn`t go again.

Just the location, though there wasn't much to do in Pisa.

The air-conditioning didn't work properly and the room was stuffy and humid all night. As we did not have a window, we had to rely on the skylight. Another thing was that in opening the skylight, it let the mosquitos in. Worse sleep throughout my travels.

They expected us when we had booked less than 24 hours earlier. They understood and spoke English; thankfully. They were courteous and helpful. Excellent location! The hotel is right beside the Cathedral area - by the City wall gate, and by a bus stop from the station/airport city bus. It is a boutique hotel; they provided a simple but adequate breakfast, and we spent all day out and about retuning in time to change for dinner and go out again. We had a 'superior double room', which meant we had room to walk around the bed, wardrobe, and private bathroom and entrance area with desk. We were unnecessarily worried about it overlooking a square; it is above a MacDonalds; there were no crowds outside in the evening, and no noise problem from the square. I'd happily recommend this hotel.

Only a minor issue, but our room (5) was right behind reception which had a thin wall, so we just about got our eight-hours sleep before noise of breakfast crockery started at 7.30am. Other rooms were further away, and we didn't hear anyone else.

Noisy, staff setting up breakfast tables at 1am and street cleaners under my window at 6am - on a Sunday!

Our bathroom didnt work well...by that I mean the toilet wouldnt flush all the time, and when it did you couldnt use the shower or sink afterwards because there was no water pressure. The room was also extremely cold, had a bad odor, and the staff was not great. The breakfast was also not great.

la camera un pò piccola.

la posizione dell'hotel che si affaccia su piazza dei miracoli e il parcheggio auto, compreso nel prezzo a due passi dall'hotel.

la camera (22) e il bagno molto piccoli; inevitabile dopo fatta la doccia, vedere l'acqua che entra in camera e bagnare tutti i sanitari. La consiglio per soggiorni molto brevi.
