Art Lincoln  

Pas loin de la gare donc facile d'accès. Très propre. Près des sites d'intérêts.

J'ai moins aimé le quartier dans lequel il est situé; mais c'est une question de goût.

For most travelers the location of the Are Lincoln is perfect. It was close to the main rail station, main streets and to all types of bus and airport transportation. The b&b had a very secure entry and exit system and a lift. The main entry area was a small but beautiful open air seating area with well kept flowers, and singing pet birds. The name Art Lincoln is very well deserved because every room and common area was decorated with various types of art. The room accommodations consisted of a very clean and large sitting room with a desk two futon type couches and a tv as well as a large bedroom with tv, king bed and a good sized bathroom with shower as we requested. The staff and owners could not have been more helpful pleasant and friendly. Not only did they speak very adequate English but they were happy and patient to help us with our desire to try and use our limited ability to speak Italian. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip and was served on a large dinning table accommodating about 10 people with fine china settings. In addition There was a common seating area available for the guests. This b&b is a gem.

The only minor drawback if you want to call it that is the lack of a phone for outside calls. For us it turned out to be a plus.

I booked at Art Lincoln because it was so close to the train station in Palermo and we had an early morning train. Location was great -- Diva (staff person we dealt with) was great, very helpful. Size and comfort of rooms was fine -- very roomy with living room kitchenette, bedroom, bath.

Clean and comfortable room. Very convenient for Central Station, bus from the airport and the city centre. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Reception is not always manned and you are expected to arrive by appointment which is not very convenient. Free Wifi is available but patchy signal in your room.

Die Fliesen im Bad sind stark verschimmelt, wegen eines Klimaanlagegerätes vor dem Fenster, das laut war, konnten wir nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen

Superfeines Hotel im Herzen Palermos. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man günstig und trotzdem gut reisen will.

Wir waren in diesem Hotel asl Gruppe, insgesamt 6 Paare. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen; das Hotel hat eine prima Lage, nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Trotzdem ist es ein sehr ruhiges Hotel. Die Zimmer waren absolut sauber, auch mit dem Servicwaren wir zufrieden. Leider hat es im Frühstücksraum nur Platz für 8 Personen an einem großen Tisch (sehr schön übrigens) und noch einmal an einem kleinen Tisch für 2 Personen. Deshalb mussten wir die Gruppe zum Frühstück aufteilen. Das fanden wir nicht ganz so gut. Das Frühstück war gut, der Kaffee allerdings hätte besser sein können. Für italienische Verhältnisse war es reichhaltig (Cornetto, Toast, Marmeladen, Rührei, Speck, Müsli). Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Personale efficiente e molto cortese

Ottimo, fin dall'assistenza telefonica pre arrivo, all'arrivo con attenzioni e delucidazioni su camera, città, orari, e consigli utili per spostamenti e cene. L'ambiente è decisamente curato, pulito, molto tranquillo pur trovandosi in zona trafficata della stazione, la colazione è abbondante, curata e rilassante. da consigliare!
