Very friendly staff, perfect English, extremely clean rooms

I purchased Internet service but it was useless. Wired Ethernet is way too problematic compared to WiFI (and many devices come without wired). Even 2 star hotels offer free wifi, it should be free here too.

I found the staff on the reception desk incredibly helpful and with an excellent command of the english language which put my poor knowledge of their language to shame. Breakfast was more than adequate. The room was clean and comfortable. The works of art on display in the hotel were all interesting. We had chosen this hotel because it was on the bus route between the centre of the city and the Juventus football stadium, and just an easy walk from the Dora train station that connects to the airport. Logistically, the hotel was ideally situated for this purpose.

Nothing really. It suited our purposes and was reasonable value for money.

A good value, well appointed hotel with helpful staff. The rooms are a good size and the breakfast is good. Acees to the city centre is very easy by the 72 bus.

The bar area is very modern and not at all conducive to a quite evening drink.

Posizione molto buona dallo Juventus Stadium. Hotel nuovo, moderno, pulito con una ricca colazione. Molto buono nel complesso.

La cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto il personale

Le insegne all'esterno sono quasi invisibili. L'entrata del garage, spazioso e non troppo costoso, è praticamente invisibile e ogni volta che vi si accede si deve essere accompagnati da una persona del ricevimento con annesso mazzo di chiavi

Buono rapporto qualità/prezzo

Alcune camere sono eccessivamente calde (in inverno) da doverdormire con la finestra aperta!!! Causa impossibilità di regolare il condizionatore! Manca il wifi nelle camere!!!

Camera spaziosa, con vista panoramica sulla città -

L'hotel sorge in una tranquilla zona residenziale, ha al proprio fianco un centro commerciale e vanta un buono rapporto qualità-prezzo. La colazione è abbondante, la camera pulita e dotate dei comfort necessari per un albergo di categoria. Lo staff è disponibile e cortese. Centro raggiungibile con il bus in 10-15 min (in assenza di traffico).

La linea 72 del bus, pur passando a pochi passi dall'hotel, è l'unico mezzo pubblico per raggiungere il centro.

Servizi, cucina e il silezio

Lo staff maschile (non tutti ) quasi scocciati di avere dei clienti. Il fatto che per accedere al parcheggio bisogna per forza passare prima dalla reception per farsi aprire, sia dall'esterno che dall'interno, anche solamente per prendere delle cose dalla macchina.
