The hotel is very close to the Central station of Naples which was excellent for us since we arrived by train and very convenient for day trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum etc. The staff was the most friendly and enthusiastic we have seen in a long time, they are wonderful representatives of the B&B! The breakfast served in the room was a nice touch too. Room was great, spacious and clean enough. Bathroom was very clean too. One minor detail: only Italian channels on the TV. One serious warning: we had diner at restaurant Principe Umberto across the street and as it turns out our credit card was copied there and a lot of money has disappeared. We would recommend not to use credit cards in Naples. |

This was a neat hotel . Good Value for the Money . The staff (There was only one) was a very helpful girl . The Only problem is that one has to reach there in time (before 3 pm) as the girl goes away and u would be left without any one to answer the door, The B'fast is fair when u look at the price for the room. Overall the Room was a decent sized room and was good. Good Value for amount charged., |

Flavia provided excellent directions to Pompei, restaurants, coffee shops and general tourist information about Naples. She has a friendly vibrant personality and smiles a lot, has knowledge of her local area and country and is patient with non Italian speakers and smiles a lot. The breakfast was of a high standard with good coffee. |

From the outside is looks terrible, but from the inside it was very nice. Car parking was well organised. Staff was very friendly. entrance doesn't look nice. No hotel service after mid-day |

Two minutes away from Naples main railway station, as well as from Vesuviana railway station the hotel is a good and unexpensive option for those travelling by train. The owner is proficient in several languages and very helpfull. The kitchen inside the apartment offers the possibility to prepare some light meals. |

I highly recommend this hotel, but it is difficult to find it, becouse there is no signboard. Room was very comfortable, clean and with nice decoration. Although this hotel is situated on the square, there were no sounds from the street. Breakfast is nice and it is served in the room. Stuff(Francesca) was very helpful and pleasant. It is the best place in Naples)) |

The hotel is very well decorated and the people are really nice and helpful. Everything was great. We had a very good time without spending 500 euros ! |

It is very nice "hotel" which is made from a 4 rooms apartment with high ceiling. We stay in very nice room with small kitchen. The staff was excellent, especially Anita and Flavia. They were very helpful and nice all the time... The breakfest to the rooms. I definetly stay there again.Thank you. Little difficult to find. From tran station you have to pass throught Piazza Garibaldi then turn right on Corso Guiseppe Garibaldi and again turn right on the small square and enter into the big door. |

Nice and clean room - Staff is very nice - internet downstairs - The hotel is in very busy street. - place is not safe around train station...and may be to improve breakfeast (fruits for example) |

As pessoas do Hotel (principalmente a Flávia) eram muito simpáticas e estavam sempre dispostas a ajudar com qualquer coisa. O quarto era excelente (muito melhor que muitos hotéis 3 estrelas da europa) e a localização perfeita para quem quer descobrir Nápoles a pé ou transporte público. Depois de visitar o hotel, descobri porque está tão bem ranqueado no booking. |

Lhôtel est idéalement situé au coeur de nombreux transports.La chambre est simple mais fonctionnelle. Monter 4 étages après avoir marché toute la journée c'est dur. |

Las habitaciones son cómodas, el colchón muy bueno, el lugar es tranquilo y sin ruidos por la noche, la habitación que nos tocó tenia un kitchenet muy bien equipado por si queres preparar algo ahi y hay ascensor. Pero lo más destacado es la atención de Flavia que nos trató de manera excelente durante toda nuestra estancia y nos ayudó con todo. Si bien el hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren, subte y buses, la zona no es de las mejores. |
