Art Suite Principe Umberto

The hotel is very close to the Central station of Naples which was excellent for us since we arrived by train and very convenient for day trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum etc. The staff was the most friendly and enthusiastic we have seen in a long time, they are wonderful representatives of the B&B! The breakfast served in the room was a nice touch too. Room was great, spacious and clean enough. Bathroom was very clean too.

One minor detail: only Italian channels on the TV. One serious warning: we had diner at restaurant Principe Umberto across the street and as it turns out our credit card was copied there and a lot of money has disappeared. We would recommend not to use credit cards in Naples.

This was a neat hotel . Good Value for the Money . The staff (There was only one) was a very helpful girl . The Only problem is that one has to reach there in time (before 3 pm) as the girl goes away and u would be left without any one to answer the door, The B'fast is fair when u look at the price for the room. Overall the Room was a decent sized room and was good. Good Value for amount charged.,

From the outside is looks terrible, but from the inside it was very nice. Car parking was well organised. Staff was very friendly.

I highly recommend this hotel, but it is difficult to find it, becouse there is no signboard. Room was very comfortable, clean and with nice decoration. Although this hotel is situated on the square, there were no sounds from the street. Breakfast is nice and it is served in the room. Stuff(Francesca) was very helpful and pleasant. It is the best place in Naples))

the excellent treatment by Flavia who received us always with a smile starting in the morning with our breakfast in our room aAlways taking the time to answer our questions, explaining us the best ways to visit Napoli.

ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. non c'è hall classica ma è all'interno di un palazzo.

As pessoas do Hotel (principalmente a Flávia) eram muito simpáticas e estavam sempre dispostas a ajudar com qualquer coisa. O quarto era excelente (muito melhor que muitos hotéis 3 estrelas da europa) e a localização perfeita para quem quer descobrir Nápoles a pé ou transporte público. Depois de visitar o hotel, descobri porque está tão bem ranqueado no booking.

Lhôtel est idéalement situé au coeur de nombreux transports.La chambre est simple mais fonctionnelle.

Monter 4 étages après avoir marché toute la journée c'est dur.

Las habitaciones son cómodas, el colchón muy bueno, el lugar es tranquilo y sin ruidos por la noche, la habitación que nos tocó tenia un kitchenet muy bien equipado por si queres preparar algo ahi y hay ascensor. Pero lo más destacado es la atención de Flavia que nos trató de manera excelente durante toda nuestra estancia y nos ayudó con todo.

Si bien el hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren, subte y buses, la zona no es de las mejores.

Personale disponibilissimi ed efficientissimo prima colazione da "re" pulizia impeccabile. Ad un passo dalla Stazione ferroviaria a due passi dal centro storico.
