clean and nice place good location, close to center good breakfast
it was all good
We have liked this B&B a lot. It is located just 5 minutes walk from the Naples Central Station. The room itself was clean and very comfortable. There was wifi available, as well as the sattelite TV and mini-bar and fridge. Breakfasts were big and tasty. The owner is also a very nice person; one day, when we had to leave earlier in the morning, she had left us food and drink for breakfast the previous evening; she also provided us with the city map and had given us some coins that we can use in the elevator. I recommend this B&B for anyone who is going to visit Naples.
The room was a little bit dirty and there was mould in the bathroom
staff, cleanliness, location, breakfast
Staff were really good, good room, bathroom
Lots of city noise
We arrived after closing, which was our own fault. But the area was not nice as it felt uncomfortable with the people around the area.
Surroundings - a bit dodgy place, an old building desperately requiring renovation. A key after 16:00 could be obtained from a concierge who did not speak any English. The elevator - a very old one - costs 10cts each time up and down....a strange experience...
Comfortable, excellent value for money and Teresa was very helpful. Breakfast brought to room was nice touch. Felt very safe and secure being as it was on the 3rd floor and there are at least 3 locked doors you have to get to before getting to your room.
This area of Naples is rough as chips, but honestly we didn't get any hassle. We just felt a bit edgy walking through late at night, but this was probably more to do with our nervous dispositions than anything to do with the locals!
convenient for public transport links, clean, interesting
breakfast wasn't fantastic, we found it difficult to find although that might have been our fault(you need good instructions). Not the most fantastic area, but hey, this is Naples.
The staff is lovely! The rooms are beautiful and a added bonus you can hang your clothes out to dry.
It's hard to find.
Fantastic experience - old fashioned styled apartment, rather large, balcony. Super nice young lady fluent in many languages, good breakfast served to the room every morning. Really what we were looking for.
Location. It's super convenient, close to everything, train station, airport, city. But, to be honest, we did not really feel safe in the train station neighborhood particularly at night. We would recommend looking for something near Piazza Bellini. Shame, since otherwise we were thrilled.
Very pleasant room, cosy B&B, convenient location, very nice lady who make check in, check out, arranging breakfast. She is really helpfull and hospitable, advise us about the sightseing how to get port and Capella San Severo. We stayed only 2 nights, but I liked this place very much and want to be back soon
We found this hotel a little bit hard but it is very near the termini station. We liked personel of this hotel very much because she helped us very much she give us breakfast that she didnt have to give.Teresaaa thank you very much for everything she is really good person and know a lot of language :)
Staff is helpfull in all aspects. Location close to central Railway station and Metro. We got bigger room when it became available at no extra charge.
The room we got was rather narrow for elderly people.
- We loved everything about this B&B. The location, the rooms, cleanliness and above all the service by the landlady (I forgot her name). - Rooms were big and well furnished. - She was very helpful and courteous. - Bfast was good but not great but very minor considering other things.
- None really.. we loved our stay:)
Clean, a comfortable bed and facilities and an good location.
The breakfast, the coffee was good, but not the food.
The breakfast was very poor, its same every day and only sweet. There could have been salami, croissant, cheese, boiled egg...
Location was close to the train station and an easy walk to the Spaccanapoli. Also could walk to the National Archeological Museum from here. The room was quite spacious and had a nice little balcony overlooking the street. It was handy to have a fridge in the room. The host Virginia was very helpful, and left some breakfast supplies out for us because we were leaving early on our last morning. Breakfasts were delivered to the room, and there was a good supply of juice, coffee, pastries, bread, spreads and yogurt.
There was only one pillow each, and the shower was not very hot.
We stayed at B&B Art Suite Principe Umberto for 3 nights in February. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a small table and fairly spacious bathroom. There was doors to a small balcony which made the room feel more airy. B&Bs are limited in what they can serve you for breakfast in Italy and the selection offered (in your room, there is no communal areas) was good here. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and even gives you 10 cents for the elevator each morning. Very close to the station (we didn't feel issues of safety) and right around the corner from one of the best Sfogliatelle places in Napoli (to die for!).
The shower could be a little cleaner, but we have seen this often in Italy.
good location, have the balcony, high speed wifi, breakfast in room and on time.
No abundant breakfast and the toliet is not clean.
Great place to stay in! Good price and location, close to the railway station, very clean. The staff was very pleasent, friendly and always helpful. Really lovely place!
The breakfast was very good for those, who like it to be sweet. There was no cheese or ham. Not great wi-fi signal.
The hotel was amazing! our room was beautiful and always very clean. The breakfast was very good and very complete! We love the hotel: good price, close to the railway station. Virginia, the receptionist girl, was also wonderful. She took care of the hotel during our staying there. She has always a gorgeous smile. The hotel was very comfortable!!! PS. In our opinion the most wonderful pasta/pizza place in Italy is located in Naples. We can't remember the name of the pizzeria, but it was in Molo Carlo Pisacane area (close to the port).
The city is unclean but this is problem of the government not the hotel.
Lovely room, helpful staff, soundproof windows, clean and cosy, breakfast in the room was a nice treat and we were pleased with the safe too.
For two girls travelling together the location in general felt unsafe, with strange characters everywhere - I wouldn't like to be walking back here late at night
the fee balcony, finally
the surrouding is terrible
close to train station. arrival easy from airport relatively cheaper.
breakfast unsafe and dirty area
