Very kind staff, reasonable food, nice rooms. Good service overall and nice bathroom. Airco did not function during the day, which is rather annoying at 30degrees!! |

The hotel had a beautiful garden and it was nicely appointed. Also car parking was very easy and you felt very safe during your stay. The breakfast was very poor. It was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel, because other customers had praised, but it was a big dissapointment. Just small quantities of white bread, butter, jam, croisants and coffee. Also the staff was not that willing to be of service when addressing the problem with breakfast. It was a bit overprized. Also you did not have any blankets in the bed. |

Friendly staff. The so-called continental breakfast was really borderline (very poor selection); biscuits on the table were beyond expiry date. Hotel was just in the middle of a re-decoration activity and the first room given had a very strong smell of fresh paint. Conclusion: "more style than substance" |

I thought it was a beautiful hotel within walking distance to the city yet just on the outside so you felt like you were in the countryside. I thought there should have been an information pack in the rooms that gave advice on public transport, car rentals, taxi's, buses, trains and their costs in order to visit some of the other outlying towns and cities in the vacinity. |

Relaxed, comfortable and friendly - we enjoyed our stay. My son and his partner live in Varese and the hotel is ideal for our stay. |

Lives up to its name but is esentially a confortable small convention three star venue with pretentions,close to city centre, pleasant staff Noisy in early hours ,water tepid ,fridge warmer ,average dinner, no english speaking news channel , adjacent property derilict |

We liked concept of this hotel.The room was very nice and clean, the staff very kind.Hotel hes a nice garden and it is surrounded by some villas, quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was excellent. Real good service for the price paid. The room was a little bit cold and AC could not regulate room temperature. We paid for a beer we did not drink. |

The decor was beautiful and the service was discreet and most helpful. The ambience was very condusive to relaxation and still within walking distance of Varese. It is a lovely venue for informal drinks and eating especially in the Summer. |

Stylish rooms, free minibar, tea and coffee-making facilities, good breakfast. People talking in the corridor and walking along the hard wooden floors were very easily heard. |

La struttura, l'arte, i dettagli degli spazi comuni, la colazione la camera troppo piccola e troppo spoglia per essere un quattro stelle e per il prezzo. Troppa diversità tra una camera e l'altra: quelle con vista sul retro sono penalizzate e inadeguate per lo stile dell'hotel. |

Komfortables Hotel, das Ambiente der alten Villa blieb bei der Renovierung erhalten, relativ ruhige Lage, geräumige Zimmer, sogar der "Getränkeautomat" hat Stil, freundliches und zuvrokommendes Personal die Kilmaanlage erschien etwas leistungsschwach, dürfte aber nur bei hochsommerlichen Temeraturen auffallen. |
