No hanging space for long things. Only one chair so nowhere to put your clothes Meal was disappointing but it is too far to walk to anywhere else

Good room size

We loved the food - breakfasts and dinner were of a high standard. The room size and design was good also.

The noise at night. Staff and clients congregated outside our room windows to smoke, so it was noisy.

It was my first stay. Staff has been very professional and friendly. Room very good and dinner excellent. Very good value for the money I paid. I will return

Liked the design and staff, room was excellent. My parking was undercover, this is limited but plenty os secure paeking on site.

Keep returning in Art Hotel Varese because of the location, atmosphere and services. This time the restaurant was also open and the food was very good. Most friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and private parking.

Avery goof choice for making a break after a long distance trip before traveling further to Italian's south

very close to city center- reasonable price

there was little light in the room to begin with but the light bulb of the main lamp had blown out before I checked in, and they did not have a suffiently strong replacement until the next day; the tv did not work and the staff had to bring a plug for the cable which was missing; there was a stain from soft drink on the desk when I checked in and it was never wiped off during my stay.

An exceptionally good and friendly set of staff in a well presented, comfortable and good value hotel. We used it essentially as a jumping off points for the North Italian Lakes and for that purpose it was ideal. Varese itself is a town well worth visiting and as it's only an hour away from Milan, is very useful in that respect too.

It represented really good value for money - good food, clean, & great staff. It just lacked somewhere to chill out for a few hours - a pool would be of major benefit.

Alles! Varase ist sehr süss und übersichtlich, das Hotel ist wirklich gut. Und als Hundebesitzer, schätzten wir die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten für unserer Liebling. Das Früstück ist auch wunderschön!!!

Varese ist total hundefeindlich. Dabei haben so viele Varesini Hunde! Auch mit kleineren Hunderassen kann mann nicht ins Restaurant oder in die Pizzeria gehen. Oft kann man nicht einmal einen Kaffee an der Bar trinken. Die Ausrede lautet, Verordnung der Stadtregierung. Auch in Bars und Pizzerias die vor drei Monate (in Februar 13) keine Schwierigkeiten machten, werden Hunde weder unter dem Tisch liegend oder in einer Hundetasche geduldet. Schlimm. Was kommt als nächstes?

Design de l'ensemble, gentillesse du personnel, proximité du centre ville, restaurant très bien.

Malheureusement il s'agit d'une bâtisse ancienne, très jolie mais dont la rénovation a respecté le style ce qui implique des sacrifices. Notamment au niveau des fenêtres très petites dans plusieurs chambres, ça manque de lumière de façon flagrante. L'allée du parking à l'hôtel est en terre et rien n'est prévu pour faciliter les déplacements à pieds quand elle est boueuse ou pleine de flaques d'eau. Un chantier important vient de débuter juste à côté de l'hôtel.

Ottimo albergo, pulito,comodo,confortevole. ho scoperto che sono un Bike hotel molto ben organizzato,purtroppo per motivi di lavoro non sono riuscito a noleggiare una Wilier e farmi un giro per le famose 3 valli varesine. personale molto gentile e discreto, Ottime e colazioni!!

tutto perfetto!

L'hotel e'davvero fantastico, nonostante la pioggia che ha imperversato incessantemente tutto il giorno siamo stati veramente bene. l ragazzi dello staff sono molto giovani professionali e gentili,le camere sono semplici e pulite,i letti comodissimi!! sono molto attenti all'ecosostenibilita' questo e' uno dei motivi che ci ha spinto a prenotare L'Art, ottima la scelta dei "prodotti di cortesia" si dice così? beh, comunque davvero eccezionale.. il ristorante e' sicuramente da provare, molto buono il Chianti agricoltura biologica consigliatoci dalla cameriera.

avrei voluto godermi al giardino con il sole.. sicuramente nel nostro prossimo soggiorno ;-)

La villa nel suo complesso

Hotel is prima gelegen , nabij centrum en toch op een rustige locatie . Personeel attent , kamers net en comfortabel. Uitstekende keuken , aanrader om s'avonds te dineren . Bij goed weer kan ook buiten gedineerd worden ;

Een pluspunt zou een balkonnetje zijn maar gezien de periode van ons verblijf hebben we dit nu niet gemist .

Per tutta la durata del soggiorno (arrivo il 30 dicembre partenza il 1 gennaio) ho incontrato lungo I corridoi dell'hotel e nel corridoio che portava alla ns stanza grandi sacchi di spazzatura e di biancheria lasciati incustoditi a vista. Quindi uscendo dalla camera, al rientro dalla colazione, tornando in camera erano sempre mollati in giro nei corridoio. Anche gli spazzoloni ed il materiale delle pulizie era sempre a vista. Il giardino esterno aveva le piante incartate con della plastica in malo modo anziche' regolarmente ricoverate in una serra per il periodo invernale e le strutture in ferro da giardino era visibilimente piene di ruggine e non era possibile utilizzarle nonostante ci fosse un bel sole. Dal retro dell'hotel erano visibili grandi lavori in corso ma nessuna indicazione per scusarsi con la clientela. La reception e' un piccolo banco posto in posizione scomoda tra il corridoio che porta alle camere e il salotto del camino e non consente alcuna privacy in fase di check in e check out, anzi, ci siamo sentiti ''in piazza''. Nella stanza l'armadio aveva il tubo dell'appenderia troppo alto e davvero scomodo per appendere le cose visto che la gruccia non e' removibile. Nel frigo c'erano solo 4 cose, 2 bibite e 2 bottiglie d'acqua entrambe con gas. Nella stanza della colazione sulle mensole che arredano le pareti erano riposti I calici da vino vicino ai libri e mi ha dato la sensazione di poco igiene in quanto I libri contengono polvere. Ritengo che questi dettagli per un 4 stelle non possano essere trascurati. Non tornerei pertanto in questa struttura

Ser um hotel "bike-friendly", ambiente descontraído, imóvel amplo e bonito, jardim grande, com estacionamento, equipe simpática e jovem. Boa localização.

Falta apenas um fitness center com, pelo menos, uns 3 equipamentos, para exercícios, ou ter umas bicicletas para empréstimo ou aluguel.
