Really excellent value for money. Liked the easy parking facilities. Near the motorway for a quick exit. Parma is close enough to go to by car. Friendly and helpful staff. |

Because the Hotel Arte was closed we staied at My Hotel Villa Ducale, a 4star hotel, for the same price. |

The rooms were excellent and foreseen with airco. This piece of information is important to mention on the website. There was no bar in the hotel and this wasn't mentioned in the information. This would however not have influenced our reservation. |

durante il mio soggiorno ho potuto apprezzare la camera, un po' piccola ma ben pulita, la cordialità dello staff e il buon collegamento con il centro tramite i servizi pubblici, nonostante la distanza (tranne i giorni festivi) camera piccola, notevole distanza dal centro |

l'accessibilité de l'hôtel et sa proximité avec le centre ville - la dimension des chambres - le petit déjeuner- le parking surveillé malgré le fait qu'il soit payant Dans le 1er hôtel on nous a donné une chambre dont le ménage n'avait pas été fait- le remplacement immédiat n'empèche pas la déconvenue- Dans le second la douche pésentait un problème d'évacuation et la lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas- tout ceci a été signalé dès le lendemain matin à la réception par écrit. |
