Vam estar en una de les suites i era molt acollidora,és un hotel tranquil y molt ben situat si vols anar per primera vegada a veure la ciutat.Bones comunicacions i personal agradable i amb ganes de col·laborar. |

La situació ja que està bastant aprop del centre i de l'estació Termini. L'habitació sonava a un cel obert i les vistes no eren gaire agradables per ser un hotel de 4 estrelles. |

We found the hotel lovely. The breakfast was delicious and classy. The free mini bar in the room was a nce touch. The room was well appointed and very clean. We found the bed very hard and would have liked an alarm clock in our room. |

We had free internet, a free minibar and a good breakfast. Very small elevator (lift) so we had to make multiple trips to get our luggage upstairs. But this was not really a big deal. |

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very helpful and friendly reception staff who were very informative and nothing was too much trouble. The Bellboy explained everything in great detail on arrival in room. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was very spacious (most rooms we've encountered in Rome are very compact), well fitted out with everything in good working order. There was a free mini-bar with soft drinks in the room and coffee making facilities. Location was very near to metro or a 10-15 minute walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi. Internet use is only charged at 12 euros for your whole stay. I cannot think of any negative to say about this hotel. |

Our room at the Hotel Artemide was very nice with a comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free mini bar. Great location! While the internet access was free, I was unable to connect for a whole evening, and I had counted on taking care of some emails before checking out. |

Staff were very helpful, architecture and interior design nice and good location. Disappointed that the roof garden was closed, there was no mention of this only being open July and August! |

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, fairly well placed for all the attractions. Generous measures at the bar. Very dim rooms facing over an internal yard. The alternative was a street-facing room which we were told would be very noisy. The entrance to the hotel is hard to spot - it isn't the impressive building shown as the first image on their web page. Very expensive and didn't feel like good value for money. |

Staff were very good. Advertised a roof terrace but it was closed? (one of the reasons we chose the ohotel was due to the terrace?!). Bed was very hard/uncomfortable. Not worth the money we paid. Breakfast was very average. However,m room was quiet and staff very pleasant. |

Nice little amenities that other hotels do not provide, free internet and free mini bar. Economy room should be updated. The rooms are somewhat outdated with peeling wallpaper and old beds. The beds were too firm and the shower was very small (the shower was enough to fit a small woman). The internet could have been faster as well. Staff could have recommended better places to eat in the area. |

We arrived a bit early and our room was not ready. We were really hot and bothered from carrying luggage and so were given personal use of the fitness room to shower, change and relax until our room was ready. We were also given a free upgrade. Fantastic service! Free mini bar was great. |

The location was near many of the "must see" sites in Rome. The hotel room was very clean and spaceous. The employees were friendly and helpful. The cost included a breakfast in a beautiful setting. The servers there were there to take care of your every need. I would recommend this to all traveler in Rome. |

The staff were particularly helpful and we were very pleased with the location. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and offered enough variety for the most demanding of guests. Our room was on the inside of the hotel, so we benefitted from the shade and the reduced traffic noise. |

close to bus and trains, easy to get around city. Shower and TV did not function great. the shower kept overflowing, and didn't get fixed. the TV kept switching ofs sporadically. Weird. |

The refrigerator in the room that was free and refilled every day with water, soft drinks and beer,considiring that it was very hot during last august.The free internet in the room was also a good idea.the manager Paolo was also very kind when we asked him to move to another room that was bigger( unlike the other desk employees who didn't try anything . Yes,besides the fact that the room was small for a family of 3,it was also funny that at the roof top bar-restaurant,the only table dressed with a tablecloth ,glasses and ustensiles was reserved only for newlyweds and for the others like us it was forbidden!!!!hat,s why we have choosen to eat every night of our stay( 6 days) somewhere else.The welcome drink limited to sparkling wine (when you dont like sparkling wine) is not very welcoming!!!!!!! You always have to take a bus or metro to go visit the historical district( ex: Coleseum) because it is a 20 to 30 minute walk ,especially during the summer heat.Finally, this hotel is located on via nationale,where there is a lot of stores but not many restaurants or terrasses,and no ambiance. |
