La situació ja que està bastant aprop del centre i de l'estació Termini. L'habitació sonava a un cel obert i les vistes no eren gaire agradables per ser un hotel de 4 estrelles. |

Esta al centre de Roma, perfecte per anar a qualsevol lloc M'esperava una terrassa mes gran desde on veure tot Roma, es l'unic que m'ha decepcionat una mica de l'Hotel perque la resta ha estat perfecte |

the pleasant staff.. The fact that we asked for a quiet room and got one. The excellent breakfast. The easy facility for organising a car to and from the airport. The excellent email communications before we began our visit. |

Staff were helpful and friendly. It was centrally located. Breakfast was good/ We liked the rooftop bar. Would like reommendations of restaurants nearby and directions to get there. |

Check-in and out was quick and efficient. Location was good in relation to main visitor attractions. Staff were helpful and courteous at all times, breakfast was good, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Excellent value for money and highly recommended! |

Nice and clean rooms. Right in the hart of Rome. We were there with two small kids and that worked pretty well as well. Some members of staff were a bit arrogant but most of them were very nice |

good location, not far from the metro and main train station. 10minutes walk to most of the main attractions. Free mini bar is handy(2 juices, 2 still water, 2 sparkling, 2 beers and nuts. The breakfast was to class!! Staff were excellent small lifts |

Good location and helpful staff The rooftop restaurant was not completed but will be a great addition. The junior suites also were quite small compared to my expectations. It was fine for my business trip but I would not want to use this hotel for a vacation because of this. |

we had a very enjoyable stay.the room was a good size and very comfortable.we were at the front of the hotel and the noise was not a problem.The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.The mini bar was very good,with all the other little extras.....A good choice |

The location,quiteness, free 15 minutes internet access daily, and the free wet bar is great! Furniture is kind of simple without any draw which is quite inconvinent. |

Great location, very nice staff, great breakfast, nice room with space, & very clean. Room looked brand new, modern, so clean & quiet, bathroom was great. nice free minibar. Very satisfied. Maybe the entrance looks a little bit old but that's it. |

the front desk and the porters were all helpful and very knowledgeable the no frill rooms are very small,must stress for a non-smoking floor |

I liked the fact that we were close to all the sights. It has pick up and drop off facility to and from airport.The room was beautiful and the view from the terrace was great also. I would have liked to have tea/coffee facility in room. |

The staff are so friendly and professional and were so hospitable and accomadating, especially Alessandro, the hotel is fab and the location is perfect in getting around Rome,very central and near termini metro, great experience! |

The hotel is really close to the metro station (2 min.) and in a walking distance to the major attractions. Junior Suite was really nice with a small balcony facing via Nazionale. It IS noisy, but it was NO problem for us. After a long walk in Rome we slept really well. I really enjoyed the view and would never change the room with a more quiet. Room service menu is really poor so you'd better eat in some restaurant outside the hotel. But the breakfast is great! |

The location is excelent - just a few steps to S Honoré and it's very close to 2 metro stations. It's the second time we've been there, both we stayed in a deluxe room - it's a really large room (just the room has about 30 m2) with a very good bathroom (very nice shower). The staff is very kind and helpfull. |
