The staff was excellent and extremely friendly. The mini bar in the room was free, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine in our room and two complimentary drinks at the roof garden.

Perfect location, complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival, lovely room well equipped. Restocked mini bar. Surprise bottle of fizz for my husbands birthday a very nice touch. Rooftop restaurant with amazing views. Excellent and friendly staff.

Staff was very helpful. Spoke English well. Roof top area was excellent. Breakfast was great! Restaurant was also great...didn't expect the food to be that good.

We were given room 502. The elevator only goes to the 4th floor. It was another 24 steps to get to our room, which was a problem because I injured my knee. So stay away from rooms 502 & 501. Moved to a different room the next day.

Great hotel with great staff. A bottle of wine in our room and fruit baskets for the children. Lovely touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free mini-bar and snacks. We even got a thank you email from them after our stay. Just some lovely touches.

The Internet was a bit slow but other than that, the best hotel we have ever stayed!

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was great - the only one with a small patio area and a bathroom with a generous supply and selection of toiletries. The roof top bar was wonderful at the end of the day and we even had a glass of prosecco on the hotel.

The room could do with more shelf or drawer space.

Rosa, the young girl at the reception desk. I had asked for a bath tub before arriving and did not get a tub the first night. She was apologetic.

I had booked months in advance. I had asked for a bath tub and after a long traveling day, we stayed in a room without a tub. We moved to a another room the next day.

it was all terrific, nothing not to like.

Excellent, courteous, prompt and helpful staff. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. The Rooftop restaurant was excellent both in terms of ambiance and food. Good, free wireless service.

Rooms were small for the price, but that's Europe for you! Room service food was terrible.

The staff were so helpful. Nothing was a problem and every single member of staff did all they could to make you felt special and they made sure you enjoyed your stay. A lot of Hotels could learn a valuable lesson from these lovely people.

The food in the hotel restaurant was fantastic as well as having great views over the city.

An excellent hotel which fully justifies its uniformly positive reviews. Great food, great rooms, great decor and great staff. The complimentary minibar and newspapers are a nice touch. Strongly recommended.

The room was slightly cold at first (we stayed in mid-February) but an electric fire was provided on request. So, no real problem.

A very conveniently located hotel with lovely facilities, clean rooms and very helpful staff. The free minibar was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We also ate in the hotel restaurant and were very impressed with the food and prices were reasonable.
