主な観光場所はショッピング街に徒歩圏内、周辺に美味しいレストランも多く大変便利でした。冷蔵庫内がフリ- ードリンクで（水、ビール、コーラ、ジュース）、毎日補充が有り、大変助かりました。

ショッピング街であったため、夜中まで騒音が少し気になりました。

家族3人でトリプルルームを予約しましたが、正面エントランスの上の照明が当たっているベランダ付きの２部- 屋つながっているような広い部屋でした。天井も高くとっても快適でした。アメニティも充実していてバスタブ- はジェットバスだったので、歩き回った足の疲れを取る事が出来ました。飲み物お菓子がフリーで良かったです- 。バス停や地下鉄も近く便利です。スタッフの方も親切でリーズナブルなお勧めのレストランを聞いて行きまし- たが正解でした。近くにチェーン展開しているスーパーがありお土産を安くゲット出来ます。今回快適で楽しい- 旅になった理由のひとつにこのホテルの滞在があったと思います。

ホテルスタッフは皆、親切で好感が持てた。部屋も清潔でバスも快適。朝食の量、質も良かった。

駅に近く、ショッピングストリートに在るホテルなのでとても便利でした。スタッフも皆とても感じが良かった- です。部屋（トリプルルーム）はやや狭かったのですが、バスルームは広くて快適。

窓が小さい上に眺めが悪く、ちょっと部屋が息苦しく感じた。部屋のフリードリンクは嬉しいが、私達が泊まっ- た部屋の冷蔵庫が全然冷えなかった（毎晩ぬるいビールやコーラを飲む羽目に）この部屋だけかもしれませんが- ・・・。

朝食の質はよかったのですが，毎日同じでそのうち飽きてしまう点が残念でした．

冷蔵庫の飲み物がフリーで、活用させていただきました。また、朝食も大変美味しく、パンとチーズの種類が豊- 富でよかったです。部屋も綺麗で値段以上の価値がありました。地下鉄でもすぐですが、テルミニ駅からも徒歩- １０分以内で、ロケーションも良かったです。ウェルカムドリンク（シャンパンまたはコーヒー）のサービスも- ありました。またローマに行く際は利用したいホテルです。

We found the hotel lovely. The breakfast was delicious and classy. The free mini bar in the room was a nce touch. The room was well appointed and very clean.

We found the bed very hard and would have liked an alarm clock in our room.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very helpful and friendly reception staff who were very informative and nothing was too much trouble. The Bellboy explained everything in great detail on arrival in room. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was very spacious (most rooms we've encountered in Rome are very compact), well fitted out with everything in good working order. There was a free mini-bar with soft drinks in the room and coffee making facilities. Location was very near to metro or a 10-15 minute walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi. Internet use is only charged at 12 euros for your whole stay. I cannot think of any negative to say about this hotel.

Staff were very helpful, architecture and interior design nice and good location.

Disappointed that the roof garden was closed, there was no mention of this only being open July and August!

Advertised a roof terrace but it was closed? (one of the reasons we chose the ohotel was due to the terrace?!). Bed was very hard/uncomfortable. Not worth the money we paid. Breakfast was very average. However,m room was quiet and staff very pleasant.

Nice little amenities that other hotels do not provide, free internet and free mini bar.

Economy room should be updated. The rooms are somewhat outdated with peeling wallpaper and old beds. The beds were too firm and the shower was very small (the shower was enough to fit a small woman). The internet could have been faster as well. Staff could have recommended better places to eat in the area.
