Het Artemide is gevestigd in een 19e-eeuws pand en ligt aan de levendige Via Nazionale. Een gratis minibar en gratis WiFi zijn beschikbaar in elk van de elegante kamers. Alle medewerkers van het Hotel zijn bijzonder klantvriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Je maakt zelden mee dat alle medewerkers bij het ontbijt, en dat waren er veel, je vriendelijk begroeten en continue voor je klaar staan. Dit geldt ook voor de receptie, de Bell boys, de bar enz. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit. Met 50% korting uitstekend gegeten in het restaurant van het Hotel. Er wordt gesproken over een spectaculair uitzicht vanaf het dakterras maar dat hebben wij niet kunnen ontdekken. Gelukkig hebben we in Rome zelf wel fantastische vergezichten gezien!

Uitstekend hotel en op loop afstand van ongeveer alle bezienswaardigheden. Ideaal! Erg attent en vriendelijk (prima Engels sprekend) personeel. Zeer goed bereikbaar vanaf het vliegveld, ca.1/2 uur met de Leonardo express(trein) of met shuttleservice naar station Termini en vanaf daar ca. 10 min lopen naar het hotel. Metrohalte Repubblica op ca 200m. (1 halte vanaf Termini).Prima bedden. Geweldig uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met alles wat je maar kunt wensen. Bij aankomst werden we geupgrate naar een superiorkamer.

Artemide offered excellent accomodations for my stay in Rome. The room was great and it included daily stocking of a refrigerator with complimentary drinks. The hotel provides a good daily breakfast. The rooftop bar and restaurant was relaxing with a great view and menu. Every employee I had contact with was polite and immediately ready to meet my needs. The location and convenience to Termini Station, buses stops, restaurants and shopping make Artemide the perfect place to stay while in Rome. The bath tub was slippery.

We had a lovely stay at the Artemide. The staff members were cordial, the porters were always smiling and welcoming whenever you walked through the doors. Breakfast was filling it fuels you for a day of siteseeing and shopping. The rooms were clean (thanks Betty), quiet and a decent size, a tad small but this is Europe. There were several complimentary items-at check-in you get a voucher for coffee or prosecco at the bar. You also receive a coupon for a % off at their roof top restaurant. And a code to use their wi-fi. In the room the mini-fridge is stocked with cold beverages (soda, h2O, juice and beer), the room also has snacks and a kettle for tea. And each night a little sweet treat placed at your bedside. All in all it lived up to all it's reputation. It's definitely a luxury hotel. Overall it is a wonderful place but two small issues, the lift b is awfully small, only 4 people without luggage could squeeze in-we took the stairs after our 1st ride to our floor. And the beds were a tad too firm. Other than that this hotel was a treat to come back to every evening.

The location was great - only a few minute's walk from the center of Imperial Rome. The whole atmosphere was very welcoming.The terrace restaurant was a great place to enjoy a meal . The lunch menu especially offers pasta that is a level beyond anything we have found outside Italy - or anywhere else in Rome!. A plate of their pasta, a glass of rose wine, a warm day, a view of St Peter's - absolute heaven! If you bring any electrical items such as travel irons or hair straighteners, hide them from the chambermaid! We left a travel iron to cool on our own book, and when we returned we found this very officious letter telling us it was "against the rules" to use electrical items in the rooms. A simple polite reminder that damage caused by us would be charged for (fair enough, and normal) would have sufficed. But also, better provision of power points to recharge mobile phones and laptops would help.

Staff made us feel specially welcome - at reception/check in, the recognised my partner's birthday from the passport - and gave best wishes, and sent a bottle of wine & glasses to the room with a card! The breakfast room staff were exceptionally professional yet friendly and most helpful. the room was cleaned and spotless daily, and the candies left were a nice touch. plenty of clean towels and toiletries, and complementary mini-bar was very useful. the roof-top restaurant and bar is a delightful space for relaxing whilst protected from the sun during the day, and very mellow at night. the whole experience in Artemide was utterly delightful and we will recommend to all our friends. Nothing at all to dislike. yet if you required any "negative feedback", our room, room 309, seemed a little dark, and lacked natural light, but believe me, I am searching for something to "complain about". otherwise, it was truly special. continued success to you and all in Ardemide.

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff; decent breakfast provided each morning; relatively good location Gym was a bit weak and we chose the hotel because it had a fitness center (that looked a little more impressive than reality in the photos).

We had booked a superior room but when we arrived, the hotel had upgraded us to a junior suite which was a nice surprise. The hotel was in a prime location to termini and also the major tourist sites. Our room was very lovely and the entire hotel was very welcoming and charming. The breakfast we had was the best out of every other place we stayed in Italy and we would definitely return again. The only thing that bothered us was the traffic noise but when you stay in the middle of the city on a major road this is to be expected.

We were especially impressed with the attention of the staff, the food and the relaxing atmospher, the location was spendid and enjoyed our stay immensly. We will go back again. Our room was located street side so we did have to put up with a lot of traffic noise.

This was my second stay at Artemide hotel and I am sure not the last. I liked everything at this hotel. Clean roome, very comfortable beds, very good breakfast, efficient and friendly staff, location.

This hotel is a ten-minute walk (with rolling luggage) from Termini station on a lively main drag, which makes sightseeing to all the biggies easy by public transport (buses are best.) We stayed 5 nights and had no complaints. The staff was able to answer our questions, took care of special requests, and was extremely cordial. The breakfasts buffets were excellent, and the atmosphere comfortable. Temperature in the rooms and public spaces is a problem is most everywhere we go in Europe. We had to keep the windows open most of the time to combat overheating. Still, that was sufficient to make it comfortable.

From our first arrival all the staff where very helpful and friendly, service provided was excellent. Bus stops in front and Metro line a nearby meant in a good location to get to all the sites we wanted to see. Our room was at back so the advantage of this was it was very quiet and peaceful. Free drinks in fridge is a lovely touch, as was the couple of chocolates we got when returning to room each day. A truly wonderful place and will definitely stay here again. Breakfast very, very good. So glad we chose the Artemide and stayed for 4 great nights.

We had a great time at the Artimede. Staff were very professional and most helpful. The breakfast which was included was very good and the no charge mini bar most appreciated after a day of sightseeing. Overal a great value hotel in a very convenient location.
