I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is one of the best around, the staff are excellent and it is very clean, convenient and good value. On this occasion only, I was a little disappointed with the comfort level, however because I am a recurrent customer I have contacted the hotel directly and hope the issue will be resolved in that way.

Reasonable price for a family of four. Ok location near airport. We booked a nonsmoking standard room, but were put in a suite that had definitely been used more than once by smoking guests. There apparently were no other suitable nonsmoking rooms available.

breakfast was great. Morning staff reallly pleasant. Room decor is good. Bar is pleasant also. please update info re location of hotel as it is difficult to find. Also evening(8p.m.) staff person was not friendly. Also would expect internet to be free at the price you charged for a room.

This hotel lives up to their name. The hotel is very artsy and gorgeous. There are painting all over the place and the doors are murals. It was very beautiful for the price and the food was a nice way to start the day. Their customer service is great. They even called the cab so we can go to the airport early in the morning. Very helpful people. Don't forget to see what Bergamo has to offer as well. The location was pretty far, but I would blame that on Ryanair and not the hotel. It is 1 hour away from Milan, the place my friends and I wanted to be. The commute was a task because trains stop around midnight (party time) and for a cab it can cost 70 euro more or less. The station is close to the hotel, so we spent all day in Milan and took the last train to Stezzano.

we did not had the opportunity to stay longer than a night.next day we had to fly back at home.It is built in a nice countryside,without noise. Nice clean double bed bedroom and very polite and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. Taxi on time for the tranfer to Orio Al Serio Airport. I do recomend it for other travellers to stay.

- very polite staff; - the hotel is closed to the airport - for someone having a car; - good value for money. - it is more like a 3 star hotel; - a very annoying smell coming from the carpets - when complaining, I was told that I was fortunate since it could be worse - and that was true as I went to another room to check out.
