Good location to train Breakfast was repeatitive but enough Energy efficient Clean Dinner available at resturant Market close by

Charged twice for item in mini bar when only one item was used.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and very competitive price.

It's a pity Stezzano is not on a bus route to the centre of Bergamo. We would hire a car next time we stay but we will return.

The design of the hotel is perfect. The bar-restaurant has a really reasonable price and also nice design giving you delicious food and atmosfare.

It is very closed to the airport. When you have a flight at 6.45 in the morning it is nice to have a hotel near the airport.

The internet is not free. Breakfast is included even if the hotel is a transit hotel and many tourists leave before 7 AM.

Selected this hotel as the last night stay before an early flight from Bergamo airport and wasn't disappointed.

Good value, close to the BGY airport and one of the best breakfasts (included in the rate) that I have had in a European hotel.

The design of the hotel was beautiful. It was clean, everything was well thought about till the last detailed. B-fast was pretty decent. The room was rather big and was able to contain all 4 of us (2 adults and 2 babies in 2 cribs). It was very close to Bolzano and the main highway (Milan-Venice).

Location to bergamo the day we arrived it was a church holiday in italy everything closed!!

Any comments negative about this hotel by others - ignore ! they must just want to complain. I have travelled all over the world on business etc and this hotel comes out as one of the best for the money ,if ever I return i will be booking into this hotel.

Only one little niggle is paying for the internet ,I would rather they put an extra 5 euros a night on the price of the hotel than pay for the internet - come on guys you have a great hotel here scrub the charge - it's not the price ,it's the fact that you pay for one hour and it does not carry forward - that is the most annoying.

The location was perfect.

The room was a bit "old" lets say like u were back in 2000... The shower was not working properly....

The internet is for free only first 2 hours.

Expensive spa

Hotel was clean, had safe parking, was convenient to local areas we intended to visit. Staff was friendly without being intrusive. Comfortable public sitting area for a little late evening wine. Breakfast was ample. After a few days of b & B's with lots of stairs, we also appreciated the elevators! In spite of being close to highway, it was quiet at night.

Room had a nice large bathroom and most of hotel's communal areas appeared stylish in design. Good location being near supermaket, town of stezzano and right next to train station. Was able to travel by train to milan, bergamo (recommend) and even lake garda (after enquiring at reception who were very helpful). We hired bikes from the shop up the road from the station at garda which was easy (but you need photo id) and would highly reccomend.

Hotel was comfortable however decor in room needed improving ie repaint. Amazed that there was no pictures/ art on walls of room considering the hotels theme! Art in communal areas was badly hung and looked a bit like a school project too. Breakfast quite good though main room that it is in is a bit oppressive having no windows however there is a brighter area at the entrance that we used even though tables only set out for only 2 people.

Friendly staff, My 5th time here and will continue when I am about Milan, although 40 kms away, train ride is only 200mtr away from hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is one of the best around, the staff are excellent and it is very clean, convenient and good value.

On this occasion only, I was a little disappointed with the comfort level, however because I am a recurrent customer I have contacted the hotel directly and hope the issue will be resolved in that way.
