The hotel is really of a high quality. The price is suprisingly low for such a high level of services. The location is also great, very quite area, but still close to Bergamo. Having a car helps, however the hotel can be reached by bus from the airport. On top of that there's a bike rental posibility on the site. Worth recomendation! |

Quiet and comfortable. It was more far from Bergamo and its airport as it was said on the web site. The distances must have descriped as "birds way". I could recommend it if you travel by car. It was lot of extra cost to take a taxi from the city and also to the airport. |

I'm using the hotel often when travelling and having business meetings around Milano. The staff is helpfull, multilangual and ready to help. The breakfast is reach and enough choice. Great location, very close to the highway and relatively quite neighborhood. If you don't want to have dinner in the hotel there are at least 2 very pleasant restaurants. I can only recomend to anybody. |

Really nice hotel! The internet-access is not free. Little bit noisy (no carpit on the floor - noisy rollers and shoes-blatter), despite of sound-proof walls. |

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and spoke a little English. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was generous and the food was of high quality. Skip eating dinner there - it was only average. Walk into Stezzano to the delightful little ristorante/pizzeria, which is a 10 minute walk, but well worth it.This hotel is not close to public transportation (the bus stop is in Stezzano in front of the ristorante). If you have a car, it is a good place to stay. |

The hotel was easy to find, in an excellent location for Bergamo and the airport, the staff were pleasant and helpful, an excellent selection at breakfast and the room was large, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Although the room (and the whole hotel) were spotlessly clean, there was a slight musty/damp smell in the corridors and our room. This was not age-related as it seemed to be a fairly new building, and may even have been down to the cleaning products being used. It did not detract from the stay at all, but was quite noticeable. |

The rooms were clean The location was difficult to get to and there are not easy transportation options from the airport or to Bergamo centre of town. A shuttle would be great or a car pickup service included or for a small fee of 10 euros, otherwise it defeats the purpose of staying near the airport when you have to pay 20 euros one way to the hotel. |

It was not made clear how far from Bergamo the hotel was, the information was incorrect. It is a 20-25 minute bus ride and then a 10 minute walk. Also it advertises a airport shuttle service on the website and in the room, which is incorrect and not available it is really a taxi service and they were charging 20 euros for a 3km ride. I felt the hotel mislead you and was the reason I choose it |
