love the reception young style short hair lady who is very suit for the design of this hotel when I check in, she always smile and nice, the bar staff who is also do the job at breakfast time , he is very good at cuppuccino and friendly, also the kind lady in the breakfast time is so nice and smile face, the hotel design are so cool and modren,love the area, very close to the shoppings and train station,the cleaner clean my room very well and careful, thankss

my room is a bit small and dark, cant open the window...it make me cant breath sometimes

Comfortable excellent hotel in a nice part of the city, good connections to the rest of Torino

The decore was stunning! We had two rooms because we decided to stay two nights instead of one and we were upgraded the second night. We had fabulous meals both nights in the hotel restaurant and the maitred was wonderful, food delicious and great ambiance. The breakfast was great and the woman running the breakfast was lovely, cheerful helpful and efficient. Although it was a bit of a distance to the train station it was easily accessible by tram or walking the distance and worth the effort!

Why there are so many steps inside the hotel and rooms even it is not needed - but maybe it is the ART.

A beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, fabulous foyer, garden courtyard and bar. Breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs, bacon, cheeses, cold meats, fruit, pastries, Italian cakes and tarts, great coffee and selection of teas. The botel location was too far from the centre of town (for us). Approximately half an hour walk each way. Also found the parking expensive e15 especially when we found after prepaying for parking there were plenty of free car parks close by, however this was in August when the city is very deserted due to summer holidays. It maybe worthwhile paying for parking at other times. The city tax of e3.20 Per person per night is also an added expense.

Eccessiva rumorosita interna (corridoio del piano) e tra stanza e stanza (isolamento carente)

Ambiente moderno e piacevole . Colazione molto buona, personale gentile e zona bar dall'atmosfera originale .

Buon albergo in generale. molto cordiale la signora della sala colazioni al mattino.

Décoration de l'hôtel. Gentillesse du personnel.

Mauvaise isolation phonique : tramway assez présent et réveil très matinal avec les éboueurs.

Lage war optimal, um zu Fuß zur Innenstadt zu laufen. War auch in der Nähe des Bahnhofs.

Hotel bisognoso di interventi sostanziosi. Hall non corrispondente poi alle camere. Pulizia scarsa e colazione da due stelle. Sicuramente da rivedere la gestione dell'intera struttura. Al momento da evitare!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil du personnel et le calme de l'hôtel.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella mini suite lavazza camera davvero molto bella e suggestiva

La posizione del posteggio e soprattutto il costo di 15 euro al giorno per il posteggio...mi sembra un po' elevato

Personale disponibilissimo e preparato. Il servizio è impeccabile. Le camere a tema sono confortevoli e il ristorante offre una cucina veramente ottima.

Super 2 étoiles Hotel... Torino est une ville merveilleuse!!!

Ottima la cordialità e la professionalità del personale, la colazione veramente ottima e molto varia, struttura particolare nello stile e nell'arredamento e ben collegata con il centro, da consigliare!!!

Avendo preso una Junior suite, un pò piccola negli spazi e non adeguata con la climatizzazione.
