The staff were friendly and welcoming and very helpfull in providing information and directions. The location was close to the conference venue. The art displayed was interesting and of its time. The river walk was always pleasnt. What I did not like was the unavailability of coffee or tea in the hotel room. This would be welcome after a day out.

Situated close to the station. Friendly staff. The hotel does not enforce the legal smoke ban on the rooms consequently. You must be very lucky to get a room which does not smell of the smoke of predecessors. There are other hotels demanding a surcharge for disregarding the ban.

Close to station, very clean and modern, friendly, and very good value for what we paid. If it had been busier there might have been people to join in the bar, but if it was busier we probably wouldn't have got that rate. Can't have everything.

Good value for money, close to Firenze, easy access with train - the station is just 7 minutes of walk away from the hotel and the train takes you to firenze in approx 20 minutes. Paring in the street outside of the hotel was free for the whole august and there were lots of free spaces. The hotel feels more like a 3 and 1/4 stars, not four. The room was quite small, although not very small. The biggest problem with staff was that during may stay there they had an internet failure they did not want to admit. The access points were working fine (and the staff would refuse my claims based on that), but DHCP server was not providing IP, DNS and gateway addresses (tested on 2 PCs, iphone and android device), and multiple persons from the staff refused to call anyone to have it fixed claiming that maybe I have a popup blocker problem (!?!?!?).

Very kind staff, good and cheap restaurant food, good breakfast (first time I see tiramisu in the buffet! :)), good parking space.Highly recommended! Pity they don't have a swimming pool and pay-tv channels

The staff were very friendly and particularly helpful and seemed very happy to help me with my plug socket problems and to take messages and to print out, Many thanks, it made a huge difference and was really appreciated!! Excellent staff throughout. PS: I would've been happy without my room cleaned 1 or 2 of the days and didn't need new towela (it's an environmental and labour saving!). Thankyou though.

The hotel is locate very central, free internet and free parking on the street. The Hotel is out dated and is requiring some rework, but is ok for a short stay.

Room was fine and location was good. The warm food at breakfast wasn't very warm and the bread for toasting was poor quality. The breakfast room istelf was cold although there were unused heaters in it.

Şehir Merkezine yürüyüş mesafesinde. 3-4 dk.lık yürüyüş mesafesinde büyükbir süper market var. Büyük oda alırsanız nehir ve dağ manzarası karşınızda olur.
