Wifi should be complimentary, the area is industrial and next to the mail freight warehouse that creates street noise.

It was really near our customers office. Rooms are nice with good space. Can sleep peacefully. Staffs are very much cooperative.

Internet facility is a big problem. They have wi fi facility but it never works in rooms. This is a major problem for business people like us

The breakfast staff, consisting of two women, were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a large well-equipped bathroom. Good parking lot which was secured at night.

Dinner at the restaurant was a disaster, both with the food and the waiter. The rest of the evenings we went out to local restaurants due to the poor service and quality of the food at the hotel restaurant.

Excellent location for exploring Tuscany. Near main highways, 30 min.by train to Florence, 15 min.by car. Reception desk stuff is very friendly and gives you any information you need. Good and safe parking.

Hotel neighbourhood is industrial area. Only one TV channel with english lenguage (CNN).

Personale molto cortese

Complessivamente molto male, nelle due notti in cui ho pernottato avevo 27/28 gradi in camera e l'aria condizionata non funzionava, con l'aggravante che e' impossibile aprire le finestre per via del caos notturno sotto l'hotel. Anche la collazione nn a livello di un 4stelle.

Stanza veramente molto pulita: le lenzuola ci sono state cambiate tutti giorni. Posizione molto comoda, appena fuori uscita autostrada. Hotel molto silenzioso, anche durante orario di pulizia stanze. In generale il nostro giudizio è stato positivo.

Purtroppo l'aria condizionata non era ancora attiva, quindi la nostra stanza era molto calda, con impossibilità si aprire le finestre causa zanzare ed insetti vari.

Son design

La literie est ferme trop dure à mon goût, et les oreillers pas assez épais. Pour accéder à la salle de fitness, il faut chercher une clé à l'accueil et pour avoir accès au bain turque c'est même chose et en plus c'est payant. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen, pas de jus de fruit frais, seulement du jus industriel, les céréales sont de mauvaises qualités, et le beurre vraiment pas bon.

Arredo

Ottima la posizione per viaggiatori che si spostano per lavoro: vicinissimo all'uscita dell'autostrada e a 10 minuti da Firenze. Stanze comode, staff gentile e professionale. Ampio parcheggio e buon ristorante. Colazione a buffet molto consistente.

Peccato non riuscissi a collegare il pc alla rete wireless.

E' molto comodo da raggiungere, le camere sono molto grandi e confortevoli, pulite e senza rumori notturni. Il parcheggio è privato. Il personale molto cordiale disponibile e professionale. Molto vicino a Firenze.

Probabilmente le finiture della camera non sono all'altezza di un 4 stelle ( il ripiano porta asciugamani in bagno divelto, per esempio ).
