It was really near our customers office. Rooms are nice with good space. Can sleep peacefully. Staffs are very much cooperative. Internet facility is a big problem. They have wi fi facility but it never works in rooms. This is a major problem for business people like us

The breakfast staff, consisting of two women, were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a large well-equipped bathroom. Good parking lot which was secured at night. Dinner at the restaurant was a disaster, both with the food and the waiter. The rest of the evenings we went out to local restaurants due to the poor service and quality of the food at the hotel restaurant.

Excellent location for exploring Tuscany. Near main highways, 30 min.by train to Florence, 15 min.by car. Reception desk stuff is very friendly and gives you any information you need. Good and safe parking. Hotel neighbourhood is industrial area. Only one TV channel with english lenguage (CNN).

Spacious room. Free parking. Friendly staff at reception. Very uninteresting view. Located near a postal service warehouse. Nowhere to go by foot near the hotel. The breakfast service should improve.

The hotel is ok, clean,but little refurbishing could help. They could improve breakfast as it is modest.though it is close to the main roads it is in industrial area and looks more like a motel (one night stop) for truck drivers - actually this is the worst thing about this hotel

La posizione dell'hotel, in prossimità dell'uscita autostradale è molto comoda, ampio parcheggio gratuito, stazione ferrivoaria a 500 M. per raggiiungere Finenze in 20 minuti; la camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto spaziosa e confortevole e il personale è molto cortesee disponibile. Migliorabile la prima colazione.

E' molto comodo da raggiungere, le camere sono molto grandi e confortevoli, pulite e senza rumori notturni. Il parcheggio è privato. Il personale molto cordiale disponibile e professionale. Molto vicino a Firenze. Probabilmente le finiture della camera non sono all'altezza di un 4 stelle ( il ripiano porta asciugamani in bagno divelto, per esempio ).

Hotel moderne et très confortable; bon accueil en français du personnel; facilité pour aller dans le centre de Florence (10mn à pied de l'hotel à la station de train Pratignone , puis 25mn de train jusqu'à la gare centrale de Florence).

Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt. Lokatie is dramatisch. Vanuit raam een mierennest aan vrachtauto's die lossen en laden. Met gesloten ramen hoor je daar niet veel van maar het is midden op een industrieterrein. Matras was ook goed hard.

Gentilezza del personale; camera e bagno molto spaziosi. Il letto matrimoniale non aveva un materasso matrimoniale, ma due materassi singoli uniti, che personalmente trovo scomodo in un 4 stelle. La televisione era piccolina e di pessima qualità.

Molto grande il bagno, le camere spaziose, peccato per la moquette. Purtroppo si sente qualche rumore di troppo, anche I passi di chi al piano di sopra percorre il corridoio Sicuramente da tralasciare in futuro la prima colazione, non è degna della struttura
