As opposed to what others wrote before, there's no problem with the breakfast. It's definitely not a 4 star breakfast (as the hotel should not be defined as 4 star either), but there's a wide selection of continental stlye stuff. It may have been a 4 star hotel some ten or twenty years ago but looks a bit shabby now.

Very large room, clean, new decorated, good price. Good quality/price report (for the room). The personel was pretty unpleasant, WiFi supercharged, the breakfast ist not included if booked from the internet. I had the impression that they were trying to smuggle some more money from you by any means.

We had a de lux room. size is ok, facilities ok, quite clear and the location is very easy to find and reach the other places. Staff is polite and helpfully mostly in the restaurant. the breakfast very poor, the surround so noisy, the garden, outside swimming pool is dated. wifi so expensive ( XXI century and bussiness hotel).

Convenient location for business meetings in Prato and Tuscany area Unfortunately, the hotel is really on its way down. I have estayed here multiple times over the last 10-12 years and each time you can see the hotel deteriorate further. Service is going down, staff is not motivated, hotel facilities need upgrading, overall cleanliness is poor etc. The hotel reflects the (economical) problems of the Prato area.

L'insieme delle caratteristiche rispondenti alle mia aspettative esclusi I due aspetti minori segnalati come non piaciuti La mancanza di acceso interno tra hotel e garage. Il wifi a pagamento e molto caro.

El hotel esta bien. La cena correcta con personal atento..intento ir cuando tengo que ir a parto por trabajo Los precios de uso internet por haber reservado con booking muy abusivos. El personal de recepción nada amable

Trovo fuori luogo far pagare la wi-fi,in un albergo del genere dovrebbe essere gratuita.Trovo poca attenzione nel menù del ristorante e specialmente nella prima colazione prodotti a basso contenuto di grasso per chi sofre di problemi cardiaci.

/If u need stay in Prato this hotel is the best , nice room on the 5 floor , nice restoran , parking place in Garage , friendly staff / если вам по работе необходимо пожить в прато , то этот бизнес-отель здесь лучший , отличный ресторан с вкусной едой , гараж под отелем , всегда были места , на 5-ом этаже новые отремонтированные номера повышенной комфортности с джакузи и сауной завтрак не очень , точнее совсем его практически нет :) особенно если поздно пришел

Molto bella e rilassante la suite, consigliata per una giornata di relax e benessere. Si potrebbe migliorare nei dettagli: un solo cioccolatino su un solo comodino, assenza di accendino o fiammiferi per accendere le candele profumate, open frigobar un pò misero.

Cortesia dello Staff - Posizione Abbiamo prenotato una Suite - dalla Jacuzi (evidentemente poco usata),è uscita acqua marrone e piena di terriccio - sotto il letto c'era sporco, così come era sporco nel salottino e fuori il balconcino. Le spugne del bagno, accappatoi compresi erano scadenti ed incartapecoriti.... peccato perchè con qualche piccola attenzione potrebbe migliorare molto il servizio.l

La camera ampia con salottino e cabina armadio. Il materasso di buona qualità. La vasca da bagno era mezza rotta. E' la 3° volta che vado all'Art Hotel Museo, il 3° bagno che ha problemi con la vasca. Non si riesce a lavarsi con semplicità.
