Very close to the Prato Est exit of the A11motorway, the hotel is set in a modern building with fully equipped double rooms

That the corridor was noisy. A door for the maids cupboard/or the exit door (I do not know which) was slammed shut everytime it was opened, even at 7am! - this was on the 3rd fllor

In a room of residing the conditioner did not work. In a bathroom/toilet ventilation did not work. After the instruction the conditioner worked. ventilation did not work.

The room interior looks good, and the room where i stayed was spacious enough.

Hotel locaiton is not conveninent. there is only one restaurant close to the hotel in walking distance.

The hotel and room were very attractive and the breakfast choice was good.

The staff could have been more receptive. We struggled to get the right adapter to work the kettle (yes we're English) and the bath whirlpool didn't work.

Camera comoda e spaziosa; posizione strategica vicino all'uscita autostradale e comodo per la stazione FFSS

Solemos viajar unas 1o/12 veces al año a prato, siempre por motivos de trabajo. Es la promera vez que elegimos este hotel, durante cuatro años, hemos ido a otro establecimiento. A partir de ahora, escogeremos su hotel para nuestras estancias de dos días. Pero tiene que haber otra formula, que no sea reserva por internet.
