The staff was extremely courteous as well the facilities were relatively new and modern. Good breakfast, good WiFi.

Distance from city center waking. But we knew this in advance and had no problem taking the bus and Megro.

Location is very inconvenient particularly for tourists. Water spilled out from the bath tub directly entered the room.

- Very clean hotel - Staff spoke good English and was very helpful with everything we asked - decent breakfast - reasonable size rooms - windows that open (which in unheard of in North America)

- It is not that we did not like, it is more like a bit of inconvenience: distance to the city center. It takes somewhere between 45 minutes to 1 hour to get there, depending on how frequent bus 814 runs.

You can hear everything that happens next door and above rooms , plus corridors and doors No swimming pool

Hotel molto bello e moderno. Staff gentile e competente, le camere perfette.

Great hotel with really nice design, but pretty hard to find. Took us more than 1,5 hours to find it but afterall realized that it takes only 30 min to get to the center. Also breakfast was great!

We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Staff was kind, room was clean and very comfortable, parking is free. Coffee was very good in the morning and the restaurant near (La Carovana Pazza) has very good Pizza! Supermarket is just few steps away.

The location is not perfect. If you are staying for city trip, using public transport might take up to 60 minutes. Poor breakfast.

I had an issue with wifi that was solved after I insisted for that. The hotel parking was overcrowded at night

The Internet connection!..no sufficient connection...

Very noisy between the rooms,because the floor was with tiles.Every morning at 7:00 a guests departs and arrives at the hotel.It is a guarantee of your awakening.I recommend the hotel to put some flooring (carpet) in the hallways and rooms.

The restaurant near the hotel was really good with pizza. Prize of hotel was not high.

Reception: The elder man with glasses refused all our help askings. İ know all are possible, because all done by the man who works weekday mornings. The elder one works afternoon. Be aware of him. The girls were helpful. There was a problem with internet on first 2 days. The elder did nothing!!! The hotel is far away from city, 45-60 mins away.

First of all I would like to say that Rome makes all worthwhile. Related to the hotel I must say it is clean, cosy and not so far away from the subway station (as long as you catch the bus on time). We felf very good along our stay, and we didn't have any problem with the payment. The breakfast pleased us.

Mostly nothing!

Hotel is in quiet district, without any traffic noise etc., about 30-45 minutes from centre of rome by public transport (you have to take a bus for several stops to go on a metro st. Subaugusta). If you come with a car, I would definitely recommend this hotel, which has good price/value balance, helpfull personnel, free parking, and in short distance from ciampino airport (by car 15min, by public transport 30min). We stayed there for 3 nights, and have no complaints, only good things to say about Artis Hotel.

Hotel was as per description, BUT Wifi was not working the 1 day spent there, which was for me a very big issue. Considering that is always one of the main reasons i decide on which hotel i stay in, i was very disappointed that they couldn't fix the wifi problem. Staff did apologise and sympathised with my issue... But failed to offer me a discount on the room cost or some form of compensation no matter how small it may have been. The location did look a bit rough, a lot of boarded up windows in houses from surrounding area - we even saw a few prostitutes,

It's a very nice upscale hotel for the price. Although a little far out from the attractions in Rome we found it easy to drive our car to a close metro station and use the subway to see the sights. The rooms were comfortable and clean and there was plenty of parking. Before you go make sure you contact the hotel staff for a map. It's a little hard to find the first time but once you are there it's easy to find your way back. We would definately stay there again.
