If you choose the bus+metro route to/from city center, as suggested by the hotel staff, the ever unreliable Rome buses might waste a lot of your time, as it did to us (45 minute waiting for the go, 45 minutes waiting for the return). In theory this is the more direct route, so the hotel staff mean well, but the light rail is more reliable (5 mintures frequency) and you only need to walk a few more minutes through a quite nice neighbourhood.
Spacious and clean room, great breakfast, English speaking helpful staff, building's condition almost as-new, Emme Piú supermarket next door greatly convenient as you get a small regrigerator in your room. Honestly, the hotel is quite far from Rome's city center, but it more than compensates this issue by being well conected with public transport (combination of bus+metro or our choice: the yellow Rome-Giardinetti light rail line to/from Termini. All of which is covered by the same ticket). Plus, we saw they are building new metro stations near the hotel in, so this is issue will improve in the future. Totally recommended!
