Mercure Rimini Artis (水星里米尼亚缇斯酒店)    

The Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. The central location was just what I required. My room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a large jug of great coffee. The bar was pleasant with very nice snacks available. I have stayed there before and I would certainly stay there again. Keep up the excellent work!

Last year I got here by chance, this year I came here specially! I have visited many hotels within Italy, and can tell you this is one of the best hotels I`ve stayed if compare price/quality/location etc. Cheap parking, free WiFi, free computer with Internet in the lobby, great breakfast, kindest peronnel, big and clean balconied rooms with a personal kettle, 100 meters from the sea.... I could enumerate hundred of reasons why I recommend this hotel.

This was the only hotel which held some amount of money right after booking here. Of course they have got a right to do so...but anyway this money would be more useful if available during my trip....And this money is not returned to your account right after you paid for your stay....thus I need to check this with my bank....

Noisy area.

We travelled Italy for 3 weeks and I can say without question that this was the best hotel of the 6 we booked. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the hotel rooms are modern and large and there is a nice swimming pool area. A really great touch was the free drink and snacks at ~ 6.00pm - "aperitif time". There are plenty of good restaurants in the area too.Highly recommended.

Nice room with sea view from the large terrace. Clean and fresh, attentive service. Staff are service-minded, friendly and speak decent english. We enjoyed the free 'aperitivo' in the bar every night between 7-9 pm. Also the affiliated restaurant 'Nettuno' on the beach across the road was nice, although somewhat expensive. The beach club (also belonging to 'Nettuno') was 2/3 empty but that was to our benefit as we did not have to bother about finding empty sunbeads. We also borrowed the hotel bikes to go sight seeing in old-town Rimini, very nice.

Hotel pool is small, mostly intended for children I guess. The proximity to the 24/7 busy 'Viala Regina Elena' can be disturbing but the doors effectively closed out all the noise. No restaurant in the hotel (but there are many, many others within walking distance). Breakfast not included in price, 12 Euro is a bit expensive although the buffet is excellent. The hotel is 'non-smoking' but it was obvious someone had smoked a lot in our daughter's room. We were offered to change room so no problem for us after all.

The Reception are very nice and friendly Bartender man is so great polite and very kind person... We do really enjoy is there and of course if we will go back to Rimini for sure we will choose to stay at Mercure

Sorry to say, I didn't like about the Beach service! Because we already pay 6€ per And 6€ is nothing, but I just don't understand why we have to paid more if we would like to sit infront of the see??!!! That day we were there its was so empty manys free place, but still we can't choose where we wanna sit!!!? Is kind of weird the service people at the beach! Regards... Ranee Bloch

The hotel is new and very clean. They lived on the 4th floor of a non-smoker. Staff friendly. Cleaning every day, very high quality.

During happy hour for Russian and small glasses of wine, and less than visitors from other countries. It was very noticeable. Probably willing to pay for Russian second glass and the other guests - no! This is seen only in Turkey! ((( It's a shame.

The best part if this hotel is it's staff....all the way to the manager of the hotel. When my mother fell ill and needed to go to the ER, the manager personally took us, helped with translation checking in, and was very concerned for her well being. The entire staff was more than friendly. The hotel is exceptionally clean, great location for the beach, eateries, and shopping. Just a few blocks away from the main bus stop for the bus to San Marino. Our stay could have been a disaster, if the people hadnt been so wonderful....sometimes service out weighs everything else, however you will not be disappointed in the place or the staff.

TV was strange, but no worries, shouldnt be watching tv in Rimini anyway :)

The staff were the most hospitable hotel staff we have ever come across. They gave us a warm welcome and could not do enough for us.

Hotel molto accogliente con personale gentile e con grande disponibilità. Camere molto accoglienti e posizione centrale sul mare. Possibilità di garage privato in loco.

Niente di particolare. La colazione è a parte e costa 9 euro al giorno per persona. Anche il garage è abbastanza caro.

Светлый номер с возможностью сделать кофе и чай. Бесплатная аренда велосипедов. Рядом пляж.

Besonders die Lage, direkt am langen Sandstrand von Rimini.

я свмв работаю в отеле и знаю толк в сервисе и чистоте. лучше этого отеля просто не найти не только на этом побережье. персонал улыбается, вежливый и дружелюным. номера отеля настраивают на хорошее настроение. шикарный бар с вечерним аперитиво и шикарный лаунж. самое удивительное, что ночью разрешено и даже приветсвовалось купатьс в шикарном бассейне и распивать напитки прямо не отходя от лежаков. цена не соответсвует качеству!!!! потому что кажество обслуживания, дизайн, чистота отеля люкс, а цена стандарт. спасибо персоналу за лучший медовый месяц в италии.
