Very freindly staff and personalised service. Great location in a charming street but close to the historic centre. Was pricey but I gather most hotels in Rome are. |

+ great location. side-street off via nationale + best staff I've come across at a hotel. v helpful and spoke english well + breakfast was absolutely superb + rooms were tidy and very clean, practically brand new + lovely outdoor area for meals and drinks + good rates + wired internet + arranged taxi pickups + alarm calls + great air conditioning - tv only had 3 english news channels - no wifi access (for blackberry/iphone) etc - only one pair of pillows on the bed - could have done with more bedding |

The staff was amazing, very helpful. The morning caffe con latte was outstanding! While the stree that the hotel is on is safe, it is a little dreary when the shops are closed mid afternoon. graffi is ubiquidous in Rome, and this street was not an exception to that rule. |

Located in a quiet street but still close to everything. The staff were very professional and really friendly. It was very comfortable, with old world ambience. Also, a very clean hotel - everything seemed polished. They provide a good satisfying breakfast. Good value and highly recommended. |

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great room and location, had no problem walking to all of the major sites, plenty of good eateries close to the hotel as well. Will stay here again if i go back, very highly recommended |

The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The hotel is quiet, amazing for Rome, and within easy walking distance of many destination sights (the Roman forum, Colliseum--even the Vatican was only an hours' walk.) A tiny quibble. There was hardly any space near the sink in the lovely bathroom to put things. It would be nice to have an extra shelf. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was extremely clean. The breakfast area, which is a small courtyard covered by grapevines was charming. The hotel is located within walking distance of several major tourist attractions: the Spanish steps, the amphitheater, the Trevi Fountain. My group actuall walked back from the Vatican one day. |

Very courteous and friendly staff. Excellent spacious room with balcony/porch. Rooms kept to a high clean standard. Great location just 10 minutes walk North of the Colosseum and 5 minutes from the Cavour Metro station. |

Visited many of the major sites in Rome I asked for a double bed and got twins. The room needed a comfortable easy chair, and had very limited day-light. |

Great hotel, good location, close to shops, restaurant and sites. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and bathroom (by European standards) was large. The shower was good - great water pressure - only thing was that the temperature of the water fluctuated quite a bit. Great family run hote - would stay there again. Location was good. Nice rooms. Well appointed. Very nice family like staff. I would stay here again without question!!! The TV was a bit small for the distance from the bed (not a big deal). The hot water in the shower seemed to go cold then hot again, over and over. I would stay here again without question!!! |
