*studio un peu sombre, comme la fenêtre donne sur une cour intérieure, l'intérêt étant de na pas entendre les bruit de la rue *manque d'aération (salle de bain surtout)

Sa situation dans la ville, proche de presque tout ce qui est à voir, dans un quartier sympa. Son calme . le personnel serviable et discret.

La propreté, les surfaces de la chambre et de la SdB, la situation géographique par rapport aux monuments à pied, seul accés par le metro situé à 10mn , pour le Vatican. Preparation des cappucino ou chocolat.

Le manque de jus de fruit d'orange pressé.

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier très agréable. Accueil courtois, chambre impeccable.

L'accueil et le confort sont parfaits. L’hôtel est dans un bâtiment à l'architecture intérieure remarquable. Le service du petits déjeuner, dans une cour intérieure en jardin est très agréable avec un choix suffisant. L'hôtel est très calme, bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied du Colisée et du Palatin, avec de nombreux restaurants typiques dans le quartier et à des prix raisonnables.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Excellent location and some great local places to eat at nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Air conditioning didn't work. The fan worked but it did not cool the room.

My daughter and I loved this Inn. It is located in a great area for walking anywhere. Even the metro is nearby if you need to catch that. The inn is lovely, in a great safe area near lovely restaurants, markets, gelatoria's and shops. The tiny little street is typical Rome. The staff is awesome...so friendly, helpful, patient and kind. They really do go above and beyond in their service to you. Our room was lovely with a French doors opening onto a patio. Our beds were comfortable, the room clean, the bathroom: lovely, clean, new...beautiful marble. The housekeeping did a great job freshening our room every day. The breakfast was wonderful and there was something for everyone. The cappuccino's delicious! The sea gulls were a comforting sound. We will stay here again! Loved it, loved it, loved it! Thank you everyone, for making our stay so comfortable and relaxing. You made us feel welcome and like old friends. We loved how protected we felt, especially at night. There was always someone working all night to watch over the front door and to welcome us after a late night out. You are all awesome! Thank you!

I think all of the hotels in Europe could use some more cushion...like a 2" memory foam mattress pad. These beds were more comfortable than other's I've slept on in other hotels but the mattress topper would make it even better.

A/C didnt work well firsr night, but the hotel staff fixed it imeqdiatlly (greatA). the bed was not comfortable, only one pillow and one blancket in the room

The hotel is amazing, beautiful, freindly stuff, good basic breakfest. It is in the very center and close to lots of places. My freinds and I were very pleased. The room is beautiful and comfortable. I'm sure that when I'll come to rome again I will come back to hotel Artorius!

Great location. Close to all the sights.

Hotel Artorius is beautiful, fancy and cosy hotel. Location is great, not far from the city attractions, but very quiet. Neighborhood very romantic. You can walk almost anywhere not using the public transportation. Staff is friendly, room is spacious and stylish, air-condition works well, bathroom built in marble, high sealing, TV,mini bar not expansive, terrace lovely, bed comfortable, breakfast excellent, espressos tasty...Nearby is via Nazionale with several supermarkets, several cute restaurants and good shops. I highly recommend this hotel - you will be extremely HAPPY staying in it.

If you are looking for a no frills hotel with a spectacular location, updated rooms, helpful staff, this is a perfect hotel. My son and I were on a site seeing tour of Rome and were using the hotel as a place to sleep. The staff was helpful, the location better and rooms a great surprise. It is only a couple of blocks from the main Rome attractions. There is no lobby, but a very nice outside breakfast area that serves a great latte.

It is a little difficult to find on a quiet side street. The front door is nondescript with a small sign.

I liked the location, the room and the staff were lovely. We left our bags there on or final day until it was time for us to go to the airport which was really useful.

We onlyha hot water in the shower once in three days. The breakfast was ok. The juices and smooties were lvely but the food could have been better. There was no offer of cooked breakfast and not much fruit avaliable. Also could ave provded some bottles of water in the rom

The hotel is beautiful. The pictures on the web site do say it all. It is what you get. Definitely has been upgraded and done well. They had wifi, room safe, a lift for your bags (or for those needing assitance), 24 hour security, very clean everywhere, and a very nice breakfast buffet every day and very fresh. Location is excellent. We walked all over Rome and used the metro as well (within walking distance) to get to the Vatican and St Peter's Basilica (walked back from there). A very short walk from the Coloseum, Forum and Trajan's column. Lots of nice cafe's and restauraunts near by (we ate a several). The owners and staff all were very friendly and helpful. My adapter I brought for charging my iphone was square not round and they came up with one for me instantly. I had questions on the best way to get to the Vatican and they provided me with several options and recommendations (metro was best and easiest). Their capucino was second to none (wife loved them). 3 nights for $555 euros. Not bad considering the proximity to all the sites (no cab required). Stayed in Paris for a lot more and was very dissapointed here. Our next trip to Rome we will return to this hotel. That says it all......

They could use an upgrade to the mattress and pillows we had. They weren't bad, just that it's the only thing that I could suggest to make the hotel better. With all the other upgrades they have made, that would be the only thing I would suggest. That may have been just our room though. Oh and I also would suggest a sign that sticks out from the wall. When they say you have to really look for it, they weren't kidding. Our cab driver had to circle Via Boschetto a couple of times to find it (a flat brass plaque mounted on the wall beside the door). Heck the wife and I walked by it a few times and missed it when we were out and about.

The hotel is in a beautiful, trendy part of Rome. We were able to walk just about anywhere. The furnishings are loely, the bathroom big and nicely appointed, and with the double glazed windows closed the room was very quiet. Breakfast was pleasant and adequate. We would definitely return to this hotel.

i liked the location and the price considering it was in Rome and in a very touristy area. The hotel was very comfortable, quiet and private, again for being in a busy area.

There was a transportation strike in the city while we were there and there was no warning given to travelers at the hotel, something that could definitely be important to know. Also, we asked for suggestions for less touristy restaurants to eat at and weren't very impressed by the suggestion.
