Great hotel, Great location, Great breakfast, Great service and staff, Great Wi-Fi and great value. I highly recommend this hotel!
Hotel was close to the metro and was in a nice neighborhood with good food! Staff was nice and they had a good breakfast.
It was a little hard to find. It had an old elevator and small, but we only used it twice and had no issues.
Great location, room and bathroom very good. Marvellous lift!! Helpful staff.
Breakfasts adequate but choice limited
The hotel is new restored and the location is great,We could walk to every main atraction! The rooms are modern and clean! Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and wi-fi connection are very good ! We defenetly recomend this hotel!
I liked it all; I'll miss those delicious croissants in the morning...
There's nothing I didn't like.
the walls (our room anyhow) were a padded fabric. quite upscale. this is the Monti section of Rome, one of the oldest, and now desirable and vibrant. we were unexpectedly delighted w this place, Hang out at the small plaza down the street on ViaSerpenti
Very nice hotel; it really surprised me. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.
Great Breakfast Affordable Near the Colosseum & Roman Forum
Not Luxury, but to be expected for the price
great location to walk to most monuments and close to metro station for quick travel to farther ones, staff booked tours and cabs and very friendly, great breakfast, very clean and very good close restaurants( at least 6 within a block), very quiet at nite and great bang for your buck or euro
Location great for walking around Rome.
Excellent location 10 min walk to Colosseum or train station: nearby restaurants were good : room was spacious although a bit dark and continental style breakfast was quite adequate .
Mattress was too firm for our aging backs
Very loud air conditioning generator for the whole hotel on my balcony. Woke me throughout the night even with the door closed.
We stayed in one of their apartments. Great stuff - location close to lots of things to see and do in slightly young, bo-ho vibe area. Good, affordable restaurants surround the place. Even with this activity, the place was quiet.
Keep in mind that the apartment is sparsely furnished - great for short stays but if you're looking for a place to cook meals at a lot and for a homely vibe, it's probably not quite for you.
Staff and location. Rooms were spacious for Rome, great shower , clean
Breakfasts ok but have had a lot better. Mattress was only average comfortable . Bathroom nice but could get a bit smelly
Well-decorated, clean, old world charm with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The light breakfast with a freshly made cappuccino was a great way to start the day. Great street/neighborhood with great little restaurants everywhere!
Nice neighbourhood, many restaurants around which are not too touristy. Many interesting parts of Rome can be reached by foot. Breakfast is substantial for Italian standards. Single room had a real desk. Wlan worked well.
Somewhat limited "timing": breakfast and check-out until 10am, cleaning of rooms only until noon.
Quiet setting but with excellent location. Good choice restaurants close by. Friendly family run hotel. I have recommended to my son for his honeymoon next year.
Location,Clean Room ,many restaurants and shops in the area . Not far from train station. Helpful staff on site in the daytime.
The location walking distance to most the attractions or the metro is 5 minutes away. The staff are very helpful and advised us on how to travel around and eat.
The cobble roads/footpaths are hard on the luggage.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The excellent breakfast including best coffee we found in Roma was a wonderful way to start your day. We also loved the ability to sit in the courtyard at night have a quiet ale with the crowds and street sellers. The location was fabulous, walking distance to everything including the metro and main terminus.
The only negative for us was the bed. It was very very firm and pillows were a little on the flat hard side.
Excellent location. Pleasant staff. Clean. Includes a great breakfast.
Everything is just perfect in this little great hotel. The personal is incredible kind, the rooms are clean, silent and perfectly maintained. The location couldn’t be better, you are at a walking distance from Roma Termini train station (for going to-from the airport) and you are also at a walking distance from the Coliseum and Imperial Forum site, and if you want to go to Vatican city, two blocks away the hotel there are two buses stops (40,64) that takes you there in 15 minutes. There is a little supermarket in front of the hotel and all around the neighborhood you have plenty of little nice tratorias or hosterias at good prices for having an unforgettable real Italian dinner. Even when all this is not enough, they close the experience with an incredible good included breakfast with excellent coffee, fresh fruit, bread, Italian cheese and ham, and a great selection of daily made traditional bakery. In a few words, this hotel is just amazing, we will go back many many times!!!
Breakfast capuccinos prepared by Maurizio were masterpieces
Good location near Nationale bus stops, good connectivity, good room decor, nice neighbourhood
Staff service levels average, musty smell in the passageway to the room
