central location It can be difficult to get in, but if you are patient, and follow instructions, its worth it. Go to number 3, press intercom, reception responds and lets you in , take lift to 4th floor.Once in, you get the intercom code number so that you can come and go as you please,

Close of 2 importants stations of trains and metro, close of centre and shops, littles cafes and grocery close, staff very nice,price..the bed are confortable and the room is spacious and interesting to stay.. I will recommande this hotel only if people choose the building of reception and if not, when the person bring you in the room, watch the phone and tv if they work before she leave.. but for the noise,it is possible... The hotel is separate in 2 buildings and only one have a person at reception so,if(like me)your room is in building 1,the receptionist have problems to help you because busy with new people..specially on evening.. My phone was not working and I need to call in Canada but she was too busy to come to fix it.. ..Also,people do more noise in corridor because nobody is there.we hear a lot from others rooms.. The hot water of shower is not long and the temperature in the room was too hot(but this could be fix I guess..)

Service of the frontdesk The hotel has in case of fire no safe escape routes for the tourist that are staying in the rooms under the roof, climbing first very narrow stairs.

Location and Price. Reminded me a crashing on a buddy's couch in college -- but clean. Furniture was old and the bed was a pull out couch.

We stayed here as it was the closest hotel we could find to our daughter's flat for that weekend and price seem quite reasonable. Would recommend it but not sure we would use it again. Staff were helpful The breakfast wasn't very good

Loved the friendliness of the staff and the fact that they were able to speak a little English. And they were nice enough to let us leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out. The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. For us it was wonderful but please note that the rooms are not air- conditioned. And the lift is small (for those who may have a lot of luggage).

The staff were very friendly and the owner would not accept payment for the night we didn't make the hotel due to a EuroStar delay in London. Very convenient location for centre of City.

Simple, practical, convenient in the centre of the city. Quiet. Clients should be informed at the time of booking of the situation of the hotel in a restricted-traffic zone, which obliges to park in the hotel courtyard during the whole stay, which is rather costly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet, even though it was in the middle of the city. It was a bit of a walk to the centre and there were no restaurants or cafes near.

This hotel is good to stay at in Turin since its so close to the thing downtown and to Porta Nuova. I got in from Rome at 830am and we checked in at about 9am with no problems. The staff is very nice and were very patient with my horrible Italian. This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at this hotel, and I am pretty sure that I will book it again when I am in Turin again.

The best thing was,it was on the 4th floor of a very old and beautiful building, with a lot of features, like the old wooden and wrought iron elevator, and the large marble and mosaic staircase.I felt very much at home, and slept perfectly. its a very beautiful part of Turin, with a large choice of bars and restaurants.going by car take a navi.parking on the street, after 7:30 free, onsite parking extra cost.

I really like the friendly staff, especially the Peruvian front desk person who made great capuccinos in the morning. The price of the room for what we got was very good. Breakfast is copious (for Italy where people dont really eat breakfast, or very little dry biscuits). The pillows on the beds are awful. It was ok for two nights, but buying a couple cheap pillows from Ikea and problem solved.

Hotel located at the top floor of a traditional old Piedmontese building, right in the heart of the city. You feel more in a home than anything. You can enjoy breakfast and watch the mountains peaks. Drinks in the fridge are very cheap. Great price all around. The beds are a bit hard.

Perfect city centre location, a typical Turin historic building, nice staff. The price is maybe too high for a hotel with cracking floors and broken sockets (even though in city centre). The walls are very thin and you can hear everything that happens in the neighbouring rooms, in the corridor and in the street.
