The services provided were strictly what was expected, nothing more. But it was enough. It was kind of cramped |

This is our favorite place to stay in Turin. It is comfortable older hotel and a good value--the staff are terrific. The location of the hotel makes it easy to walk to all the major attractions in the central district. |

Central location; bright, friendly and helpful staff; quiet, comfortable rooms with pleasant outlook. After running up a decent account over 14 days, we were disappointed to be charged for use of the internet. |

The location was good. Where do you start with the negative comments for this hotel... Our room wasn't clean on arrival even though we arrived at 3pm! We had to wait 20 mins while they did a rushed job. We then had to wait for our passport details to be filled in. They told us to come back in a couple of minutes to collect them later. On returning 1 hour later we had to wait again as they still hadn't recorded the details. Our room was extremely average and did not look like the pictures on the web in any way shape or form (I doubt those rooms even exist). There was a random useless laundry section tacked on which had nothing but a sink and a window pane missing! This let all the mosquitoes in! Our toilet didn't flush properly, there was no air conditioning and we could hear every noise through the paper thin walls. Especially every time someone used the old creaking lift. The bar fridge wasn't even turned on so all the drinks were hot. They didn't clean our room at all one day even though we left it by 10am. To get sky you had to shell out a further 6 euro per night! (Not that you wanted to spend any extra time in this hotel room). If it was possible for a hotel to have zero stars this would be the one. There is nothing positive to say about this hotel, apart from the location. |

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location. Great to have a family room large enough for a big family. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to recommend the hotel. |

The situation in the centre of town, reserved parking, the practical room, breakfast. The price was very good. Central heating was efficient. The parquet wooden floor was knacking too much. Old garbage in the cupboards, from another client. Thin towels. Tv didnot work. No aircondition. |

The hotel is very near to the center in a very quiet zone (no noise in the room). The room had a balcony. Nice breakfast, with very good hot drink (made for you at the moment). The first night my room was quite cold.(outside was snowing) but the day before was ok..with an extra cover. |

The elegance of the hotel and the buiding. It was in the city center, very practical. The staff was very friedly. The room was simple but correct. I think better furniture will suit better the ambiance. |
