Location, breakfast, Internet
Elevator do not close door easily so someone left it open and forced me to four floor by stairs. Staff is not always present in reception.
-Perfect location -Friendly Stuff -The nice&old Elevator :) -Very nice ham for breakfast -Wi-fi was ok
-The cleaners were coming every day too early WHITOUT KNOCKING!!! -There wasn't quilt cover. The quilt was between 2 sheet. It was very uncomfortable. -Only one person spoke in english
Very helf staff. Hotel has lots of character. Free Wifi everywhere .
No Free Parking
This is a quaint but roomy and comfortable hotel. Turin old town and centre is compact so everything was reachable on foot.
Some of the equipment is a bit old-fashioned.
The building, the atmosphere, the location.
No English was spoken by the staff at all. Wi-fi didn't work the whole stay.
the location of this hotel is indeed outstanding. It is close to best Turin has to offer. Located on a quiet side street yet right off a main boulevard. The facility is impressive, yet not quite... Private parking is available for a small fee - highly recomended comparing to street parking fees.
the rooms, although spacious, are in disrepair. The wooden floors creek noisily, the bathroom, a later addition, is too small for comfort, the sound proofing is very poor, and the general facilities of the hotel are scant. There is no bar nor dining and the included breakfast is poor and disorganized.
- good location of the hotel near restaurants, center, neighberhood - breakfast was ok for short stay (they make coffee at your request, mini croissants, eggs, bacon, pancakes, cornflakes, 2 kinds of meat, cheese, nutella, yoghurt, no fresh bread, but little breads baked in the oven)
- bed was ok, but not too comfortable - wifi was not at the room but only downstairs where the breakfast and check-in was
Slightly scary lift
Large and comfortable bed, good location
Poor towels, poor sound isolation, unpleasant odor, messy breakfast
Close to center of town
Service, almost not available Friendliness of staff needs improvement Poor offerings for breakfast, Furniture very simple
About 10 walk from station. Quiet room with a decent sleep.
Staff were trying to do too much. Checking in took 30 minutes then told I had wo wait an hour for my room at 13.30hrs when checking started at noon. Why not tell me that from the start?
Problems with wi-fi and no help from members of staff. Shower not working properly. How the hotel dealt with the reservation
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy room, excellent location, quiet, very good value for money...
This time, my stay was too short...
There are just three hotels in Turin that have apartments and so for this alone the hotel is a good find. The location of this hotel is great - very central and we walked everywhere. We travelled with our two small children (two and four) and discovered by chance L'Hamburgheria just five doors down which is open from noon to midnight. They have children's portions, highchairs galore, cartoons on the TV and a great children's play area downstairs with a baby changing room right next to it. Perfect!
The staff at the hotel were polite and helpful. It's just a shame about the owner. Everything was fine until we were told by him that it was safer to leave our suitcases at the hotel rather than in the car while we went to get a last coffee in town after checking out. Not one hour later my husband returned to pick them up and the owner had no recollection of us leaving the suitcases. When my husband couldn't see the suitcases in the storage room the owner insinuated (in front of other clients) that my husband wasn't bright enough to find his own suitcases. Classy. The suitcases were subsequently found behind the storage room door but it left a distinctly bitter taste in our mouths.
We found it difficult to find, sign for hotel not very visible and just said artua when found. RECEPTION DESK IN ONE BUILDING AND ROOMS IN ANOTHER BUILDING PART USED FOR THE HOTEL AND THE OTHER PART PRIVATELY USED. DIDNT LIKE THE OLD WOODEN FLOORS IN ROOM.
Good location close to city center Supportive staff Good value for money
Internet in the room was not available
there were dead flowers stuck to the roof of the childrens bedroom
Some of the staff was very friendly, the room was wide. The breakfast was rich.
The rooms weren't that clean, no minibar and expensive than it is worth.
Location is very convenient. Beautiful lobby
No internet possible in the room, even paid one. Breakfast is poor. Room was very cold
