Winter Garden Hotel    

I was enjoed. Close to the airport and other points, fantastic early (from 6 am to 10 am) breakfast, good meal, nice iside lounge terrace, parking is not busy, very clean, rooms with excellent soundproof facilities, hydromassage in the room, staff is nice and freindly. Thanks

Close to the airport, very good value for money since it is a modern hotel

Would have liked access to a fitness gym. I thought that would have been possible with the Wellness Spa there, but you need to take care of the opening hours, as they only allow you in during those hours.

Very far from Bergamo center, taxi asks 25 Euro, so 50 for both directions is not a good idea... If you want to stroll at Bergamo look for another hotel

The room was again nice.

Having travelled along way on foot to our room, we found it smelt strongly of smoke. we phoned reception. we then had to return to reception to get a no smoking one. we requested this when booking. Our previous comments were obviously not related to the staff because they were again unhelpful.

Staff in restaurant not child friendly. Would not eat again, location middle of nowhere. Not very polite, not recommended.

Very useful for Bergamo airport

Free parking which is great. Staff were helpful. Clean rooms with nice bathroom and huge double shower. Convenient to stay if you have an early/late flight to bergamo. Not as close to airport as some of the others but cheaper rate and free parking makes up for it if you have a hire car.

Beds were a little hard.

It was very close to the airport which made it comfortable for us to get to the following morning for an early flight.

I let the staff give me a morning call at 5:30.becouse My flight is early. But the phone has problem.And can not ring. It was very horrible situation. Fortunatly I wake up myself later. I let the staff check and give me a response before I leave the hotel. But I have not got any information from him till now. I do not know if I missed the flight.How hould they do?

We were staying in the Italian Alps and had an early flight from Bergamo so needed a reasonably priced hotel convenient for the airport. The Winter Garden fulfilled all of this although may have been more difficult if we did not have a hire car.

One of our rooms appeared to have had a smoker in beforehand despite the no smoking signs. We arrived too late and were too tired to make a major issue of it.

Lean comfortable rooms

Breakfast was poor, the shuttle service is on predefined hours so it will not help you when you arrive so you need 10 to 15 euros to get there(the first price is for a taxi that used the taximetre whereas the second price came from a crook that has not used his). We have stayed overnight to change flight at Bergamo airport but it was a poor choise; the next time we shall go for the nh hotel which is accessible I think on foot. Spa comes with a charge

Location is perfect. It is 2 km from Orio airport, but on the side where is no traffic jam. In 5 minutes You are in airport. Restaurant is good.

Very nice, clean, new hotel. Exceptional staff , good breakfas, ideal location for Bergamo airport. Parking in front of the room, elevators for each room. Definitely a place to choose for Bergamo Airport next day flight. Highly recomended

Very nice rooms and very friendly staff, just outside the Orio al Serio airport

The proximity of Orio Al Serio airport,the location just off the Autostrade, the modernity, the assistance of the staff. The breakfast was decent.
