Sijainti oli hyvä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Erityisruokavalio toteutui.

Aamiainen oli todella vaatimaton.

Keskeinen sijainti lähellä rautatieasemaa ja jalan kaikkea tärkeää. Huoneesta puuttunut tv yllätti receptioninkin, mutta laite tuotiin heti seuraavana aamuna. Käytävän seinää pitkin vuotanutta vesivahinkoakin alettiin heti kuivata, kun siitä huomautettiin.

Aamupalan pumpusta loppui kahvi jo aikaisin useana aamuna, eikä yksittäisten kahvien tekeminen halukkaille sitä korvannut.

The proximity to the railway station and the buses and San Lorenzo markets was great. As for the rest ......

The lobby and elevator stank like a sewer, our toilet seat was broken, the shower head had to be tied up so we could stand under it, the hand basin had a big crack right across it; breakfast was fair, though mostly in packets. The elevator was fair as it sometimes didnt work properly and on the morning we left it was not working at all. My friend and I are Both in Our sixties and have great difficulty with stairs, so it was necessary to be able to use the elevator with our heavy bag as we were on the fourth floor. The clerk came up and took down my bag, the heaviest, but refused to get my friend's bag, saying he had had a kidney transplant and couldn't do it! And her bag is only small. Also WiFi was only available in the very tiny lobby, with up to six or eight people at a time crammed in there. The worst part of all was the overpowering stench in the lobby and lift.

The hotel is very old and definitely requires major repair. There is smell on the floors.

We arrived with a 10 month old baby and were told they didnt have a cot for us. I had called the hotel 5 times before arriving to confirm we would have a cot in the room this was confirmed by them via email, however when we arrived nobody could give us an answer as to why we didnt have one. We rearranged the bedroom so the baby didnt fall out of our bed during the night onto the hard floor and decided to move the wardrobe near the bed, when we did this we found about 2 years off dust underneath. The bathroom didnt have any plugs in the sink or bidae and the room was so hot because there was no air conditioning on. I cannot imagine what it would be like in the summer heat. A really horrible place to stay and would not recommed the hotel to anyone.

Very good hotel. Near the center of Florence. We stayed here with friends for 5 nights. There is a railway station near the hotel. We arrived to Bologna e Pisa from here. The room was for 3 persons, simple but comfort. There was a kettle, tea, towels, an iron we took on the reseption. Breakfasts were normal. This hotel is very good choice for people who don't want to spend a lot of money for accommodation during the traveling.

The staff was excellent and made me feel at home. The breakfast was complete with sweets, meats and drinks.

Although it didn't affect my stay, the room was a bit run-down. They did however paint the stairwell, while I was there.

Excellent staff, very welcoming. We were greeted very well at the reception, and was even helped in planning our trip around the city. Good location. Very near to the Stazione, and close to many important sights.

Room could have been warmer, and the washroom more equipped. There was a very old and faded look about the beds, linens and other items inside the room.

Traces of mold, uncomfortable shower, cracked plaster and mirror frame - features that do not irritate the old Florence. The lack of hair dryer and sockets, that require an adapter,were uncomfortable.

Location is good.

The breakfast was poor and not tasty. They were locking the door to the breakfast room at 9.30 sharp and not letting anybody in (does not matter because about 9.00 they stop putting out fresh things to eat). The door to our bathroom was broke and it wouldn't close. We needed another person to close the door from the outside. Wifi is only at the reception desk.

No parking (regarding the website it should have one valet parking), poor room...

Staff were very helpful and I am afraid that is were it ends!

We booked online and the rooms were nothing like the photos! The rooms were mouldy and you could smell it as well as see it. The bathroom was a glorified cupboard with a pull around shower kind of like in a campervan which flooded the bathroom and leaked into the bedroom, hence all the mould. Would not recommend this motel to anyone

Location of hotel is good. Near from Station and also from city center.

Hotel is not in good condition. Room and washrooms are not cleaned. Furniture is broken. Breakfast is of very poor quality.Everything was test like very old.

The only good thing about it is its location. However, there are plenty of other hotels nearby.

There was hair on the bed linen - not only in our room, but also in 2 others. The hotel staff wasn't very nice to us while he tried to deal with this problem. The shower is awful: after you take it, all the bathroom is flooded. The furniture is old. The windows do not close. The internet connection is poor even in the lobby.

The location was good, very convenient for those who use the train system and the buses. The main sights of Florence was also accessible by walking. There were also a lot of good restaurants around the area. The staff, (most of them anyway), were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom cleanliness was fair, but it wasn't spotless. The wifi connection in the lobby only was also a slight turnoff for me, but not a dealbreaker. Another thing I disliked was the tv controller that required me pointing directly to a box to access different channels, using 2 different remote controls.

This sums up the mid market Italian hotel accommodation perfectly - rip off! Three star does not mean anything remotely like three star in Africa ,Asia or usa. Whilst the hotel is well situated, the hotel is a total dump and should be avoided at all costs. The room was dirty ,the bathroom is literally a hole in the wall, the beds were dirty with stained sheets and the staff (in particular the breakfast service attendant ]were rude and unhelpful. Never again.

On the eve of my check-out i got drunk. In the morning i didn't hear an alarm-clock and thanks Heaven it was the hotel's stuff who woke me up. Thank you, guys!..

Some information from www.booking.com is incorrect. First of all, there is no Wi-Fi all over the hotel but only at lobby. Secondly, rooms are not provided with shower-cabins and everybody takes a shower using a neylon curtain instead of a cabin. It seemed to me i found myself at the nineteenth century;-)
