The hotel staff was very rude and the hotel should not be classified as 4 starts. It's facilities deserve a max of 2 stars. It is tucked in a hideaway without food and drink and the breakfast choices were very poor. |

They arranged for transportation to an okay restaurant nearby - free schuttle - and that is the only good thing we can say about this hotel Let fresh air enter the room before the guest arrives - room smeld like it had not been used for several months. Propper breakfast, warm coffee and bread is a least what you can expect. Servicer at breakfast would have been nice. Lots of noice from nearby moterway. |

Fairly large room. Breakfast was included as well as shuttle service to the airport (once per hour). No restaurant in the hotel, but they had arranged a shuttle service with a very nice restaurant. No services at the hotel - no restaurant. Closest restaurant was a couple kilometers away. |

The front desk was able to arrange transportation to a very good restaurant When I called for a shuttle there wasn't one available until 6 and I was told to call back at 6 (it was 5:30). I told her that I was borrowing a phone and did not have access to a phone. Could she please send a shuttle at 6? She replied that I had to call back at 6. I ended up paying for a taxi to drive us to the hotel. I was disappointed. |

Large rooms, air condition, nice bathroom. All girls and boys at the reception desk are wonderful. Quick transport to the airport. No complains. |

Staff was extremely friendly and professional and went out of their way to help me connect to the wifi system. The exercise equipment in the room was a bit strange. |

The staff were particularly helpful. The shuttle to the airport was important as was the location of the hotel and its proximity to FRA. The room was clean and spacious. No complaints - it was a great stay. |

The desk staff was lovely. The check in person, I did not get her name, was very nice and Irene, the evening desk was so nice. Basement parking with access to room was great. Loved the arrangement they had with an area restaurant for pick up and return. Can't think of a thing. |

Very friendly staff, airport transfer very prompt There was no facilty to get anything to eat in the evening. We had to go much earlier than necessary to the airport as later slots were full-we had advised our arrival & departure times when booking in October & that we would require the service. |

The front desk staff were very helpful and informative, especially one young lady. She helped with places to go and see as well as information to get to Milan. Trying to get the shuttle and the set hours for the shuttle. |

Very convenient for terminal 2 (Easyjet) Malpensa. Internally the hotel is nice - enormous room, well furnished. Very helpful staff - nice reception/bar breakfast facilities. Could be rather difficult to find if you hadn't previous printed off directions, particularly approaching from the south ie. malpensa airport direction. Externally the hotel has a slightly shabby appearance, that thankfully did not continue when we went inside. Parking is a bit awkward with an underground carpark that could do with some of the rubbish laying about removed from it. |

We booked a double room and were given twin. They changed but two twins pushed toghether are not a double. The room had an additional bed which made it cramped. The light in the bathroom did not work and it was cold. I called but they did not reply. |

Restaurants on offer in the next town proved to be of excellent quality and driver was good. I would have preferred a meal in the Ascot but only because it was icy conditions and freezing outside. |
