English speaking staff - during our week stay in Italy we had huge communication problems with locals as most italians have no or very poor command of English, so it was big releif to be finally properly understood :-); We also liked the way hotel staff treated us providing transfert from and to the airport.

Good accesibility by car and closenes of the Malpensa Airport. Plenty of room space and indor garage in hotel. Pleasant and professional hotel staff.

For the price quoted it was vey good and close and convenient to Malpensa Airport.

The hotel is in excellent location to whom wanted to fly from Malpensa airport. The hotel located in very quite location, the stuff was very nice and helpful.

The last night in Milan we needed a place near the MXP for an early flight. The shuttle service from the airport was fast, and was available as early as 04:00 the next morning. The room was by far the biggest I have ever had in Europe; would be perfect for a family with kids. Large, clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Left before the breakfast was served, but they had coffee and juice available to early departures. I stayed in 4 different hotels in Italy during this trip, and Ascot is much better than any of the hotels near the central station in Milan that cost twice as much.

Location is probably not the best for everyday trips to the Milan city centre (approx. 1 hr).

Not far from Malpensa by car. Reasonable price. Impeccably clean. Friendly staff.

Had an early 6.30 am flight to catch so took the airport shuttle from Milano centrale at night to the malpensa apt and requested hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport at 11 pm as well as drop us back 4.30 am. The hotel shuttle transfers were free. Room was large very cleAn and comfortable. It was a perfectly convenient stay.

Rooms billed as nonsmoking, but all clearly had had (recent) smokers and smell was embedded in sheets, etc. Definitely remote and older, but fine for a one night pitstop pre-flight.

realy 2 star hotel.

Readiness of the staff to answer any question. We looked for an hotel, based close to Malpensa Airport, an the Ascot seemed to be a good option.

It's about time to remove some of the floor carpets, especialy the one in the lift.

The hotel was convenient to the airport and and was reasonably priced. The breakfast was sufficient--not great but ok. The receptionist was very good and she was helpful in finding a restaurant close to the hotel.

The hotel is not 4 star worthy. At best, it is a very low 3. The shower stall is small--more like a 2 star. The shower stall leaked water over the floor and was a slip/fall hazard. The shower doors were difficult to open and close and needed adjustment. The lighting in the room was insufficient. There were two large pieces of gym equipment in the room and dominated the space----I did not ask for nor would I expect to find the equipment inside the room. Overall, I would return but it would not be my first choice.
