Fácil acesso, quartos amplos, banheiro amplo, ótimo atendimento e receptividade dos funcionários. Poder fazer alguma refeição no quarto.Por exemplo: chegamos tarde no hotel e pedimos uma pizza, mas, não pudemos comer no quarto, apesar de estarmos muito cansados com a viagem. |

Proximidade ao aeroporto (de 10 a 15 min) e serviço de transfer. O preço foi razoável. O quarto e o banheiro são bem amplos e confortáveis. O atendimento foi execlente. As camas são excelentes. O café da manhã poderia melhorar, levando em conta que se trata de um hotel quatro estrelas. Achei fraco. Tem convênio com um restaurante, que faz o traslado grátis. Melhorar o café da manhã. Pelo fato de que os quartos não têm tapete ou carpet, quando outros hóspedes caminham nos quartos do andar superior faz muito barulho. |

Close to airport, free shuttle, nice family room. Had to get up 1/2h earlier to get the shuttle: later shuttle were full, despite reservation. |

Rooms were clean. Comfortable beds. Close to airport. Also hotel recommended restaurant. Cant remember name of the place but started with a C.Best restaurant in Italy. |

Once we found the hotel which was on a back road it was fine. When making the reservation I had no printer for directions some wonderful kids in a different town showed us the way by following them for 5 killometers. Italians were all very helpful in many cities we had to leave too early to enjoy a breakfast and they had a policy not to serve before 6 a.m. And Italy change time a week earlier so the plane left at 8;30 and you know the cost of food at airport. |

See above. Also, the hotel was not 3 minutes from the airport. It was 15 minutes. Poor buffet in the morning. |

The bed was hard as a rock. The shower head fell off when I was taking a shower. TV and internet were not working. Wake up call didn't come through because phone was not working. Only two towels in the room when we paid for three people. |

The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The night receptionist helped to arrange dinner reservations and transportation which was very welcome after a long day of traveling. -Also, it was very conveniently located to the airport and I really appreciated the free hotel shuttle from/to the airport. The only recommendation I would make is to place some type of non-slip floor cover in the bathroom. The tile is very slick when wet - I nearly slipped twice. |

The availability of the shuttle service (Navetta aeroportuale) is a bit limited. Guests arriving after 22h or departing before 7h cannot make use of this service. |

The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable & although fairly close to the autostrada & 3 km from the airport, we were not disturbed by any noise. It was very convenient for our early flight back to the UK. The free hotel-airport shuttle doesn't start operating until 0630 and as our flight was early, we had to take a taxi. This turned out to be the hotel's own shuttle bus! I'd still recommend the hotel though - it was very reasonable all in. |
