Hotel Ascot

Close to work, within walking distance of metro, shops were close.

Really hard bed, first floor room on street side, so very loud, breakfast was average.

I didn' t like the hotel in general, mainly because of the very very small room and because of the fact that it being described very different on its web page. Although, i have to say that the receptioninst was speaking English fluently and was a lot helpfull.

it should make bigger rooms, change the bathrooms (they are too old), and update the webpage with more realistic pictures.

It was very relaxing and the staff were very helpfull

Breakfast i was pouring orange juice for three of us there was a man sitting on the chair beside the juice i lifted the juice over spiled 3drops the waiter came over banged the table like i was a child to tell me to put the cloth under it its a bity he did not understand english or he would have got a right mouthfull from me, apart from that everything was great

It was fantastic. After being in several hotels in Italy, this was the best of all. Lots of space, friendly staff, hotel atmosphere, very close to shopping and site seeing places. We stayed in one of the apartments and the kids had a ball! The price is also relatively very good.

The staff - superb friendliness and willingness to help.

No hotel parking so extra cost incurred due to having to put car in general garage (but was convenient next to hotel).

Only the location in the city

I didn't like : the decoration (old fashioned), the breakfast (bread not fresh, no fresh fruit salad), the price (very high for this kind of hotel) ; this hotel does not match with the Best Western Hotels standard. I slept one night in the Best Western Hotel Felice Casati which is much better for a lower price.

Arredamento vecchio, camera piccola, un po' triste nel complesso

Het staat echt in het Midden van Milaan dicht bij alle activiteiten

Prijs, veel geld voor wat het is. Douche met gordijn en 2 apparte bedden, ook al hadden wij kamer met 1 double bed gebooked.
