Was mir aufgefallen ist, war die Freundlichkeit des Personals, was in Italien nicht immer zu finden ist. Das Einbett-Zimmer war sehr klein und das Bad/Wc auch klein, Dusche nur mit Vorhang (Überschwemmung !) |

Man konnte vom Hotel sehr gut das Zentrum zu Fuß erreichen. Weiterhin war die Metro und Straßenbahn nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Trotzdem war das Hotel ruhig, da in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und stand einem mit Rat zur Seite. |

Das Hotel lag zentral, Dom und Geschäfte sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Würde das Hotel wieder buchen. |

Close to work, within walking distance of metro, shops were close. Really hard bed, first floor room on street side, so very loud, breakfast was average. |

I didn' t like the hotel in general, mainly because of the very very small room and because of the fact that it being described very different on its web page. Although, i have to say that the receptioninst was speaking English fluently and was a lot helpfull. it should make bigger rooms, change the bathrooms (they are too old), and update the webpage with more realistic pictures. |

It was very relaxing and the staff were very helpfull Breakfast i was pouring orange juice for three of us there was a man sitting on the chair beside the juice i lifted the juice over spiled 3drops the waiter came over banged the table like i was a child to tell me to put the cloth under it its a bity he did not understand english or he would have got a right mouthfull from me, apart from that everything was great |

The air-conditioning, as other hotels we stayed in did not have it. The helpfulness of the reception staff, as we had a problem with our car. The quietness at night, although the inhabitants of Milan were on holiday at the time. |

It was fantastic. After being in several hotels in Italy, this was the best of all. Lots of space, friendly staff, hotel atmosphere, very close to shopping and site seeing places. We stayed in one of the apartments and the kids had a ball! The price is also relatively very good. Nothing really. All great. |

Well English speaking staff at hotel reception, other staff very helpfull, good location in Milan centre, 10 minutes walking from Duomo, 24h parking opposite the hotel In room 220v electricity connection only for Italian connectors. However, plugs are available |

The staff - superb friendliness and willingness to help. No hotel parking so extra cost incurred due to having to put car in general garage (but was convenient next to hotel). |

Only the location in the city I didn't like : the decoration (old fashioned), the breakfast (bread not fresh, no fresh fruit salad), the price (very high for this kind of hotel) ; this hotel does not match with the Best Western Hotels standard. I slept one night in the Best Western Hotel Felice Casati which is much better for a lower price. |

Breakfast and location were good. Heater was good during this cold weather. Checked at 8 AM so early without problem. Helpful staff. One Power Socket in room. Needs 2 for cellphones and laptops. |
