The staff - superb friendliness and willingness to help. No hotel parking so extra cost incurred due to having to put car in general garage (but was convenient next to hotel). |

Only the location in the city I didn't like : the decoration (old fashioned), the breakfast (bread not fresh, no fresh fruit salad), the price (very high for this kind of hotel) ; this hotel does not match with the Best Western Hotels standard. I slept one night in the Best Western Hotel Felice Casati which is much better for a lower price. |

Breakfast and location were good. Heater was good during this cold weather. Checked at 8 AM so early without problem. Helpful staff. One Power Socket in room. Needs 2 for cellphones and laptops. |

It was clean, there was a fine breakfastbuffet, the room was good There was too much trafficnoise in the room - I would recommend that anyone going there ask for a room high up in the building |

Zéér goede ligging! Kamers zijn voldoende ruim en proper, bedden zijn groot. Dit hotel was wellicht ooit een 4-sterren, maar is nu een beetje vergane glorie... Ook het ontbijt is absoluut geen 4 sterren waard. |

Schoon dicht bij centrum, receptie vriendelijk behulpzaam,niet te groot hotel vind ik positief. Miste een stukje gezelligheid, moest je elders zoeken. voor de avond niemand in de bar leeg. |

Personnel très gentil partout. On a reçu un plan de Milano et la personne de l'accueil nous a coché ce qu'il y avait à voir. Il y a un accès internet avec Pc sur place pour 5€ pour 1h et on arrête quand on veut (on peut faire 5x 20min). Situation, je vous recommande le resto l'Ile aux trésors tout près. Très propre et hyper bien situé pour le prix (100€/nuit) !!! |
