Great hotel, value and reward

We had a very good and enjoyable time, it was relaxing and very comfortable.

The little time we spent there, next time we will spend more.

Gorgeous view of Lake Como, especially in the 3rd floor rooms. Beautiful rooms with windows and some with balconies to enjoy the lake at all times. Nice pool, rooms and common areas. I would definitely stay there again as I believe it has one of the best and broadest views of the lake. Ask for rooms facing the lake with a balcony.

Only challenges with this hotel were you really need a car to be able to get to and from Cernobbio for dinners and such. It's a quick walk but not good after sundown. Also, the shower was clean but very small. And finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, but very few staffers there during the day, so if you want a coffee or drinks by the pool, it's a bit of work, but they seem to always accommodate. I would have thought it is a three star hotel, which was perfect for me as a solo traveller, but if you are looking for luxury this may not be the hotel for you.

Really nice place. With gorgeous wiev of the Como lake. Restaurant too is very nice and food very good.

Das Hotel ist gut, mit Abstrichen hier und da, wenn man die 4 Sterne bedenkt. So ist die Tür zum Balkon nicht zu kippen und es gibt nur auf oder zu, was als einzige Belüftungsmöglichkeit zu wenig ist. Der Blick ist sehr schön, leider hazze ich 24 Std. Sturm und Gewitter. Das Lokal hat eine kleine Speisekarte, gut sind die Taglialini carbonara mit Entenspeck und das Sirloin Steak. Die Essenspreise sind allerdings hoch.

Ottima cucina; servizio ai tavoli molto curato e il menu scelto dal sottoscritto era squisito.

Emplacement magnifique

Staff giovane,cordiale e preparato;posizione notevole con veduta panoramica del lago sia dalla camera,che dalle terrazze. Struttura chic,pulita e ben tenuta. Possibilita' di scendere sul lago a piedi grazie ad una scorciatoia che taglia in discesa il paese. Suggestivo ascensore panoramico. Garage e colazione inclusi nel prezzo.

Camerieri un po' inesperti ed impacciati rispetto al livello della struttura ma tuttavia disponibili, volenterosi e simpatici.Si fanno voler bene perche' s'impegnano.

Lo staff, molto gentile e disponibile

La camera non corrispondeva minimamente a quella della foto, era di dimensioni davvero piccole (circa m 3x3), un attacapanni a muro era divelto, il copri piumino strappato in più punti e l'impianto elettrico faceva un brusio talmente fastidioso che per dormire abbiamo dovuto staccare la luce. Dettagli per un 2 stelle, ma non per un 4 stelle.

La pulizia e la bellezza della camera, oltre alla cortesia del personale.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'acceuil chaleureux, la situation de l'hôtel, son restaurant . La chambre est jolie, très belle vue. à recommander...

Juste la cabine de douche, qui est un peu petite, mais pour le week-end...

Leider hat es an diesem Tag stark gewindet, und das zimmer das uns zugeteilt wurde, war nicht nach unseren vorstellungen. Der wind bliess durch die fenstertitzen und ein ständiges pfeiffen war zu hören. Es wurde uns anstandslos und sofort ein aderes Zimmer vom wind abgewandten seite angeboten. Leider war dort die Duschewanne undicht und wasser trat aus. Was wir dan gemeldet haben. Man werde sich darum kümmern. Mal sehn...... ???
