level of service was at 4 stars. I stiil don't know how to get the hotel from Taormina. The bus driver let me put off 1km before the hotel. The hotel staff showed me the time table of direct bus service t/from Taormina. To take pullman you must walk or take taxi to Recanati bus station.

the staff was friendly and helpful. And the swimming pool enjoyable. The hotel site mentions that it is located 2 km from Taormina (a very nice Italian city) but it is 5 or 6 km away from this city. It is wrong to deceive the customer this way.

Everything was fine, a normal middle hotel, quite clean and comfortable. They have a wrong bus timetable at the reception - during my stay a lot of people missed the bus to Taormina because of it. Recheck at Recanati busstop.

The suit was nice. Staff very friendly. Pool and the area was good. Long distance to the beach-not walking distance Long distance to city center-not walking distance Long distance to shopping, restaurants and bars-not walking distance

Very friendly english speaking staff, large comfortable rooms and very clean. Close to the centre of Giardini Naxos. Good breakfast, certainly this is one of the best hotels in this location.

Convenient for heading to different locations by car. Friendly staff who were keen to provide a lot of info about places to visit and how to find them. A bit too far from the centre of Giardini Naxos to be able to walk, and on a busy road, but this does give the advantage of making it quick and easy to head out by car.

The hotel is very friendly personal.We booked triple room.Room is very large with a balcony. The beach private transfer includes use of beach. Breakfast is modest, but will not stay hungry. Freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. The hotel is quiet, calm, close to large supermarkets. The bus stop to Catania and Taominy near hotel

חדרים גדולים, חניה קרובה וחופשית, נגישות לטאורמינה, בריכה במלון, נמצא בפאתי הישוב בקרבת סופרמרקט, בית מרקחת , בית קפה ומרכז קניות קטן. מלון ישן, התחחזוקה שלו קצת ירודה.

Grande gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Hotel un po' vintage, necessiterebbe di una buona ristrutturazione.

il personale è davvero gentile e poi è stato veramente rilassante e la colazione abbondante e fresca. quindi consiglio a chi ha famiglia di andarci almeno una volta un po di manutenzione in piu

Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Angestellten freundlich Das Hotel ist in einem schlechten Zustand und verdient keine 4 Sterne. Das Frühstück ist bescheiden und der Kaffee aus den Automaten schlecht.

Camera spaziosa (la tripla consta di una camera matrimoniale + una cameretta con letto singolo), colazione abbondante, piscina, staff gentile. Struttura un po' fatiscente, necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata. Un po' lontano dal mare ma c'è una navetta gratuita che porta avanti e indietro.

La piscina, la amplitud de la habitación y el baño, el trato e información solicitada al personal de recepción, la buena comunicación por carretera y la cercanía del transporte público, la zona donde esta ubicado y los servicios cercanos, la concepción tipo aparthotel, el parking gratuito. Increíble zumo de naranja recién exprimido y el desayuno en general. Fantástico servicio de taxi y alquiler de tumbonas en playa de Giardini a "low cost", no perdérselo y disfrutar de una comida en el restaurante del Lido. El wi-fi no abarca todo el recinto, hay que desplazarse al área de recepción. El mobiliario y decoración un tanto anticuada y para renovar. El horario de la piscina no corresponde con la temporada de verano, debe ser más amplio.

La posizione è buona, vicino taormina ed altri posti interessanti da visitare. Non ho pranzato ne cenato in hotel...posso solo dire che la colazione è accettabile. L'hotel è molto trascurato, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le camere, la pulizia delle stesse è pessima...anche la piscina( dove lo staff è inesistente) andrebbe ristrutturata. Solo per chi è di passaggio, una notte e via!

La spremuta di arance a colazione. L'unica cosa mangiabile La zona in cui è ubicato è Pericolosa e inquinata. Parcheggio piccolo e male organizzato, con continui incidenti per gli ospiti. Alcuni posteggi occupati da macchine in vendita del proprietario. Struttura vecchia e fatiscente. Ambienti poco puliti. Pulizia delle camere nel tardo pomeriggio. Accoglienza poco ospitale. Prezzi altissimi rispetto alla qualità offerta. Pessimo.
