Good breakfast and peaceful music to it. Nice surroundings, a lot of greenery. Quite cool room, despite no air-condition and over 30 c outside. Trafficnoise starting early in the morning, got a room facing the street.

Die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des italienischen Hotelchefs und der Mitarbeiterin Jennifer. Jeden Morgen hatten wir von den beiden ein freundliches Empfang und ein Lächeln! Außerdem bewundenswert ist der Fleiß der jungen Mitarbeiterin Jennifer, die immer einen guten Tipp oder einen netten Satz für alle Gäste parat hatte. Die Lage ist gut, im Willengegend von Meran, ruhig (abhängig von Zimmernachbarn) und doch in 15 Minuten ist man in der Stadt. 10% Ermässigung auf Therme Meran Eintritt, aber Vorsicht, dass die Therme die Ermässigung richtig bucht! Das Frühstück hatten wir nach nach zwei Wochen satt. Keine änderung, immer dasgleiche :-( Die Balkone sind nur bedingt nutzbar, da kein Sichtschutz besteht und die Nachbarn problemlos herüber schauen können. Bei lauten Nachbarn besteht die Gefahr, dass man nachts nicht schlafen kann. Keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, im Sommer ist leider viel zu heiß. Das Möbel ist abgenützt und veraltet, aber sehr sauber. Die Betten haben leider ganz einfache Federkernmatratzen. Schade fanden wir, dass die Chefin - obwohl wir dort zuzweit 2 Wochen im Hochsaison verbracht haben - sehr unpersönlich gegenüber uns war. Sie hat uns nicht ein Mal gefragt wie wir uns dort fühlen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ihr Mann hat das aber rekompensiert :-)

La gentilezza e cortesia dei titolari è certamente la qualità migliore per questo hotel. Abbiamo comunque apprezzato molto il confort e la pulizia delle camere, spaziose e ben arredate, la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito e l'abbondante colazione. Non è vicino al centro città ma si arriva alle terme in circa 10-15 minuti.

Ottima accoglienza, albergo carino e bella posizione anche se non centrale. Per chi cerca la tranquillità e non ha altre esigenze è un posto da consigliare. Il box doccia della stanza era un pò stretto.

Staff molto gentile, disponibile e premuroso. Ottima la pulizia della stanza, ben riscaldata, luminosa e con vista panoramica di Merano. Colazione a buffet completa e di qualita', accompagnata piacevolmente ogni mattino da musica. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro. Un grazie di cuore alla Famiglia Sommese per l'ospitalita' e per tutti I consigli utili ad ottimizzare il nostro breve soggiorno a Merano ... continuate cosi!

Hotel carino con personale a gestione famigliare molto efficente. Pulizia camere impeccabile. Hotel situato ad 1 km e mezzo dal centro ma raggiungibile con autobus o una semplice e sana passeggiata. L'unico neo per quanto riguarda la camera da letto, il materasso. Un po' troppo rigido a confronto del cuscino e del piumone I quali erano invece morbidissimi.

Das Hotel war in einer schönen Villengegend, das Essen ausgezeichnet, die Zimmer super schön und sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr nett, die Bedienung freundlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit, alles in allem ein wirklich schönes und empfehlenswertes Hotel, wo wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Man merkte, dass im Hotel ein guter Geist herrscht. Das Zimmer wies ein gutes Ambiente auf. Sicher war das Zimmer nicht mit den modernsten Mobilien bestückt, aber sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Es war einfach alles sehr gut. Man fühlte sich sehr wohl. Es herrschte zu jeder Tageszeit eine absolute Ruhe.
