Very pleasant employees, big room, nice design. One needs a car to get in as it is not in the city of Torino any more: highly quiet environment to sleep well near the forest.

The receptionist was polite, helpful and pleasant. The room was very large and well designed with an outlook over the Turin woods. The breakfast was excellent, with very good coffee. If visiting Turin again we will stay here. The initial impression of the hotel is of a soulless block, but the rooms are very stylish and pleasant. The restaurant car park for "Mucca Pazza" (mad cow) gives a poor impression and we were initially concerned about leaving the car there, but the hotel has its own car park.

The staff is getting better and better everytime I stay. They are always very nice and kind. The hotel is in small mountain but very relaxing area. It is very close to Chieri and Torino by car. If there is no traffic 5-10 minutes each. I would absolutely reccomend this hotel. I have been staying in this hotel many years. The time for some rennovation has arrived. Especially the bathroom is looking worse and worse each time. But they are still clean no worries

La posizione, seppure un po lontana dalla città sotto la neve la vista che si godeva guardando fuori dalla finestra era unica, pur essendo al piano terreno con una discoteca sotto la stanza è risultata ottimamente insonorizzata La climatizzazione della stanza è stata impossibile da regolare, l'aria è uscita fredda pur agendo sulla regolazione della stanza per tutta la notte ad orari differenti, insomma l'aria c'era ma la caldaia probabilmente era spenta o guasta. Il piatto doccia era vistosamente rotto, la crepa attraversava la superficie su tutta la lunghezza un solo asciugamano per la doccia

La possibilità di parcheggio. La camera era vetusta, lo specchio sulla scrivania era crepato nel mezzo e la porta del bagno sembrava sfondata da un calcio. Come se non bastasse, il riscaldamento non era regolabile, il termostato segnava 29 gradi c! E, quando ho provato ad aprire la finestra, mi sono accorta del ponteggio per il restauro che arrivava direttamente alla mia finestra. Terrorizzata dalla possibilità che qualcuno potesse entrarmi in camera, ho deciso di dormire in quel clima tropicale. Notte terribile.

sehr zufreieden waren wir mit dem personal. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. wir haben uns im aston wohlgefühlt.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war sehr gut. Auf den Fotos sieht das Hotel sehr modern aus. Dies ist allerdings nicht ganz der Fall. Zimmer sind ziemlich altmodisch und sollten mal kpl. Renoviert werden. Eine Klimaanlage ist leider nicht im Zimmer gewesen. Nur eine Lüftung die das Zimmer leider nicht von heißer Luft befreien konnte. Bei mehr als 25 °c und mehr ist das nicht schön.
