Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bright. Hotel was in a great location, close to the seafront. Good selection for breakfast. |

The location and comfort, with attentive unobtrusive staff. Indoor pool a boon after a "busy" day on the beach. The sauna and steam room not left on . They had to be put on by a staff member - be better if these were on as a matte of course |

Great location, clean and modern room, with a superb view on the coast. Great breakfast as well. Staff unwelcoming behavior and arrogant attitude, from reception to room service. |

The hotel is a very clean modern building right on the beach road. The semi outdoor Terrace restaurant is very nice. It does have an arrangement with a beach club opposite but using the beach is very expensive, over 40 Euros per day. Parking is a huge problem here. On arrival we parked in the hotel garage prepared to pay 25 Euros per day only to be told (rudely) to move the car into the street as the garage was fully booked. There is hardly anywhere to park in the streets and we got a ticket. We found the reception staff particularly unhelpful who gave the impression that every guest request was a nuisance. |

Very friendly staff, willing to please when we had a problem. The upgraded room from Classic to Suite was lovely. As we have stayed in many 4 star hotels around europe, we didn't think this hotel was up to the same standard but then this is typical of Italy in our experience. The gym and pool area was very poor. The rooms near to the service lift were very noisy. We didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. |

The hotel is located just across from the beach. Our room had a balcony and the view of the beach and ocean was excellent. The breakfast choices were very good and the staff will make soft boiled eggs on request. The hotel is nice but not luxurious and the cost is very high for what you are getting. We had laundry done by the hotel and the price was exorbitant. Internet connection cost is expensive. The gym equipment is limited. There is no shampoo or hair conditioner. |

Right on lungo mare, at the beach of Viareggio. Clean and spaciousThe breakfast was superb. The staff was very polite and serviceminded. The fact that we slept in the building next to the hotel. |

they assinged me beautiful suite even if i did not pay for it. the room was excellent but because i extended my stay of 1 days the ask me 450 euro for the rhtid nihgt. I do not beleive that is a good business practise service at the breakfast, slow and unpersonnal for such a kind of meny they ask. |

Everything. Breakfast perfect and very rich. Staff very kind. Internal rooms really accurate. Excellent. All was really fine, only TV is not LCD but this doesn't count at all. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful; sauna was great to relax. Gym was small but useful. Location is excellent. Bed are two singles placed together not a proper double bed. |

Very comfy room & wonderful view - just as I had asked for in my booking form. Swimming Pool was very cold & the hotel decor jaded - didn't like seeing the dead beetle in bottom of pool, so this put me off swimming, which was main reason why I booked this particular hotel. Also, staff not overly friendly, & lift was noisy in room, but as I was on a business trip it wasn't such a big deal - if on leisure, this would have annoyed me far more I think. |

La disponibilità e il confort degli ambienti. La piscina in internet era presentata da apparire più vasta.Ai bordi non era presente nemmeno uno sdraio. Colazione a buffet poco soddisfacente. |

Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, alle abendlichen Restaurants waren bewuem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wellnessbereich, seltsam angelegt, Saunabereich mit Parkett- oder Laminatboden, Schwimmbad andere Etage dabei keine Umkleidemöglichkeiten. Restaurantpreise und Bar zu teuer, deshalb war wohl auch kein Gast anwesend. |

Bonsoir, nous avons logé dans l'annexe de l'hôtel et je dois dire que je n'ai pas été déçu. Nous étions au 3ème étage et avions vu sur la mer. Nous avions une très grande chambre composé d'un petit salon, d'une chambre à coucher, et d'une salle de bain. Petit déjeuner copieux. Service correct. |

la posizione "strategica" per spiaggia e lo shopping la camera della depandance è molto spaziosa (anche in tre), ma meglio non alzare le tapparelle...la vista è davvero desolante (sui terrazzi vicini e sul retro dell'hotel adibito a deposito di cianfrusaglie). |
