Ideal location for visiting Genoa away from city polution yet able to be in the city within 15 minutes by frequent reasonably priced trains. Adjacent to Parks containing art, cafe and childrens playground. I would have prefered some literature prepared by the hotel about the immediate amenities especially as a non speaking Italian. |

The breakfast was good. Freshly cut ham & a little cheese every day. Good variety. The PC in the lobby could never make an internet connection. Poor lighting in the room. |

bien situé ,proche de la gare et de la promenade sur la mer. le personnel n'etait pas trés sympathique. Le petit dejeuner etait tres basique avec des produits bas de gamme. L'hotel n'a pas de charme. |

La posizione ideale vicino al mare, ma nello stesso tempo ai parchi di Nervi, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione dei treni, bel giardino, tranquillità assoluta. Camere poco spaziose, non da quattro stelle, e prima colazione migliorabile nella scelta e nella qualità. |

Personale molto cortese e disponibile, bel giardino, silenzioso, vicino alla stazione di Nervi; servizio di colazione in camera. sembrava una camera singola adattata in doppia (letto piuttosto piccolo, poco spazio in camera); e la colazione era abbastanza scarsa; camere con balconi tutti attaccati così sentivamo tutti i rumori (e gemiti!!) dalle camere accanto |

la disponibilità e la cordialità del personale alla reception; chek inn effettuato per esigenze molto prima del programmato pagato 15 euro per parcheggiare la macchina all'interno dell'area dell'hotel (trovare parcheggio fuori è impossibile ). Sarebbe meglio aumentare leggermente il prezzo della camera e non far risultare il prezzo del parcheggio nella fattura. |

Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Il bagno, non è nuovissimo, ed a terra c'erano parecchie impronte di scarpe e polvere sulle mensole. |

Bello l'hotel (pulito e tranquillo) e ottima la posizione: l'Astor si trova a 50m dalle ferrovie, con le quali si può "girare" serenamente la Liguria, sia a Ponente che a Levante. |
