Very clean room, polite staff, excellent location close to the sea and for sightseeing in Genova. Poor breakfast.

Close enough to Cinque Terre by train and 20 mins Genoa and 1.5hrs Milan. Hotel is in a lovely quiet location opposite Botanical Gardens. Only comnplaint was we didn't get a balcony whereas all other rooms had one.. Sun Terrace on roof could do with some furniture, bit of an after- thought in the brochure! All in all a good quality hotel away from the crowds within a beautiful garden and only 150m from the station..

Wenn man Ligurien mag, ist die Lage des Hotels ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Sehr nahe gelegen zu Genua; schnell erreichbar sind die Städte Livorno, Viareggio und Pisa,

Não gostamos de coisa alguma.O Quarto ficou sem agua quente por dois dias, forçando minha saída antecipada. O café da manhã é horrível. Os funcionarios do hotel não sabiam como explicar a falta de agua quente. De fato o Astor classificado como de 4 estrelas , é decadente e precisa urgentemente de ampla reforma. Apenas sua localização é boa, mas não justifica ficar lá hospedado. Existem outras muito boas opções na região.
