Anzitutto la posizione dell'hotel vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria, al parco ed alla stupenda passeggiata sul mare. Molto importante la squisita gentilezza e la professionalità del personale, Piacevoli gli arredi e la disponibiltà di spazi comuni sia all'interno che all'esterno. Relativamente al mio soggiorno non ho riscontrato alcunchè di nergativo.

balcon avec vue sur la mer proximité immédiate de la mer le 4 etoiles est exagéré l'hotel est bien mais en aucun cas il ne vaut la 4 è étoile. l'insonorisation de la chambre est tout simplement catastrophique et les femmes de ménage à 8 h du matin le dimanche ne font aucun effort pour ne pas déranger les résidents...bruits d'aspirateurs et remue ménage sans cesse donc impossible de se reposer... le tarif de 10 euro pour le parking là aussi est éxagéré pour un parking extérieur non couvert et l'accès aux places est serré j'ai vu des 4 étoiles nettement supérieurs à celui ci

Posizione centrale ma tranquilla, vicino alla bellissima passeggiata sul lungomare. La struttura dell'albergo e le camere sono piuttosto vecchiotte, seppur ben tenute. La mia camera era un pò piccola, così come il bagno. La colazione a buffet non era male, ma per un 4 stelle aasolutamente inadeguata.

Alles war perfekt bis zur Abreise. Bei der Abreise sollte man die Rechnung checken, was ich leider erst zu spät getan habe. Der gebuchte Preis für eine übernachtung wurde um 10 Euro überschritten, was ich im ersten Moment auf sehr hohe Minibar Preise bezogen hatte.

Cortesia del personale. Pulizia della stanza e delle aree comuni. Forse la quarta stella è un pò regalata.. La struttura, anche se ben tenuta, è un pò datata. Ti sembra di fare un tuffo in pieni anni 60. Il buffet della colazione decisamente striminzito per un quattro stelle. Piccolo appunto (anche se non necessariamente negativo) sulle piastrelle del bagno: decisamente psichedeliche!! Quando le abbiamo viste ci siamo fatti delle grasse risate

Un 4 Stelle molto tirate, sarebbe da 3 Stelle. Il pagamento di 10 Euro per il parcheggio interno dell'hotel, proprio la prima volta in assoluto ( esclusa Venezia ).

Hotel bien situé ,à proximité de la mer ,de la fameuse "passagiata Garibaldi",de la gare et de la .ville de Gênes.Hotel calme et tranquille,au milieu de son parc privé;avec possibilité de parking. Bonne base de séjour pour visiter Gênes,Portofino et toute la Riviéra du Levant .Chambres confortables mais la décoration est vieillotte et triste.On attendrait mieux d'un hôtel classé 4 étoiles!

Die Lage in der Nähe des Strandes von Nervi und des Bahnhofs. Das Hotel sollte ein Drei- und kein Vier-Sternehotel sein. Das sehr kleine Zimmer wirkt abgewohnt und dunkel, im Bad ist kein Ventilator, so daß sich an den Kacheln Schimmel gebildet hat, das Frühstück ist sehr bescheiden.

Gentilezza del personale. Posizione tranquilla immersa in un parco e di comodo accesso. Stanza troppo piccola. Il letto prenotato per "camera matrimoniale" era di una piazza e mezza; la tabella affissa sul retro porta lo definisce "alla francese". Mia moglie ed io siamo italiani! Non c'é quindi corrispondenza con la prenotazione. Forse il signore piuttosto alticcio che ha fracassato di pugni una porta( non sua) e di notte voleva entrare in una stanza più grande con letto adeguato. Ah! Serva italia di dolor ostello.... Icrucchi rompono ma non chiedono scusa!

Wenn man Ligurien mag, ist die Lage des Hotels ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Sehr nahe gelegen zu Genua; schnell erreichbar sind die Städte Livorno, Viareggio und Pisa,

Wenn man den 70er Jahre Charme eines Hotels , gepaart mit der Unfähigkeit und Lustlosigkeit des Personals , sowie keinen Komfort sucht , ist man hier in diesem angeblichem 4 Sterne Hotel genau richtig ! Das Positive an diesem Hotel ist - der Bahnhof , um dem zu entfliehen liegt nur ca. 100 Meter weit entfernt
