Although I do not speak Italian the hotel staff went out of there way to be helpful. The room was spotlessly clean with a modern bathroom and fantastic shower. |

Friendly owners (though little English). Superb location in tiny pedestrian street 2 minutes walk from the Duomo. Clean room. A/C OK. Decent simple breakfast. Next to only internet cafe in town (though it was closed the the hols the week I was there). |

Hotel is comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful. There is little English spoken. Older building in very centre of ancient city suits city atmosphere well. Recommended but with caution. Blurb on booking.com implies that hotel is easy to find. In fact it is hidden in a small street near city centre and is without motor vehicle access or parking. Like all old cities in region, Cremona city itself is inside a tangle of spaghetti access roads and so directions to hotel need to ne very detailed. |

The best was the nice of the people. Lo mejor la simpatia del personal del hotel. Das beste die Freundlichkeit den Mitarbeiteren. The room was old and not clean, it needs a renovation. Park possibilities. La habitacion era vieja y no estaba limpia del todo, necesita una renovacion. Das Zimmer war alt und nicht ganz sauber, braucht ein Plan Renove. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized room for a single, larger than I expected. Close enough to the train station and the old part of town. Definitely book before you go to Cremona, there are few places available to stay over night. |

we are young couple, and we stayed there just one night in double room, Cremona is relative small city, but this hotel is really in the centre. sevice is okay, people are friendly. bathroom is really wonderful. breakfast was so so.. |

Excelent position in town. Quite place in the heart of Cremona. Missing tails around toilet, plug in tube was different size therefore you culd not fill up. |

room lovely decorated and clean, friendly staff, nicely located in the centre, fridge in the room with free mineral water not really quiet because of the location, prices are lower when booked directly instead of using booking.com |

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. It is the best location possible. The staff was excellent and the morning coffee very good (my No. 1 test of a quality hotel). The shower drain was slow and caused the floor of the bathroom to be wet occasionally. |

The decorations of hotel and the restaurant are quiet beautiful. You can order your favor of coffee at breakfast. You can borrow hair dryer at the service desk. Staff's English is not good, but they are very nice and very helpful. |

Very nice breakfast. Well located for sights of the town.Once we found out about it, the community shuttle was useful, but we didn't know about it on arrival at the train station so walked to hotel (about 20 minutes) - okay in good weather. problematic in rain. We were surprised to find the posted rate at the hotel was ten euros a night lower than with Booking.com and the hotel would not make any adjustment. This is the first time this has happened and we use your service a lot, but it was disappointing to find we would have saved money as walk-ins. |
