Hotel was basic but clean, and located just 10 mins walk from the centre of town. The staff had good english, and were very helpful and informative. Breakfast was just okay, it could be improved upon. Lift small, esp with luggage. |

Location great, near train station so easy to visit other cities but only a 30 second walk to the lake front. Women receptionist a little slow at times but the man couldn't do enough for you. |

Good Location, nice breakfast served in a lovely sunny dinning room, manager very helpful with local information and the roof top sun area overlooking the Lake Would have liked a hair dryer in the room |

I found this hotel to be a good budget hotel, very helpful manager and clean rooms as was the hotel in general also it has a car park which is a must for the area. I was disappointed to find that there is no restaurant for meals, only for breakfast, the usual continental selection but ok |

The hotel is excellent for its location, very clean and bright with very friendly and helpful staff. If you have a pram, don't expect to be able to get into the very old, small lift ! |

Lovely friendly staff who put you at ease and nothing was too much trouble. The roof terrace is perfect for having a "day in" and having access to the internet was particularly useful. Loved the breakfast, so much choice. |

The hotel was clean and the breakfast very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The position of the hotel, although not overlooking the lake was ideal as it was just a short walk from the town centre, lake and beaches. Not really but if I had to find a fault then it would be the view from the room. However, as most of the time was spent out and about this was of little concern. |

Great breakfasts where you can eat a lot, excellent staff with good knowledge of English, they are very helpful, kind of family hotel where everyone is well treated, good location (just a few minutes by foot to center of Desenzano, ferries etc.). |

Location 5 minutes from the bustle, 1 minute from the water. Good breakfast spread. Comfortable room away from noise. Foolishly we landed Easter Sunday and transfers were expensive/awkward. No taxis or 60 euro for a pre booked taxi which never actually got booked so we luckily caught the last bus (15:15) to Brescia (phew!) which took 25 mins (about 6 euro) and then the bus to Desenzano for about 4 euro but it took over 1 hour. Then 20 minute walk from station. |
