The friendly efficient and knowledgeable staff. The excellent location for visiting central Rome and historic sights.Being close to a range of restaurants and a supermarket for essentials. Having a relaxing place for a drink at the end of a busy day. Excellent value for money.
The bathroom was spotlessly clean but needed a little maintenance. The sink was cracked and the paintwork needed a re touch.
The hotel is very nice. It occupies two neighboring old three-storied houses. The interior is very elegant. The hotel gives an impression of very well kept, no signs of wear and tear. The garden is beautiful. For the two of us, we have received a three-bed room facing the garden. It was was spacious and nice.
The breakfast was in need of improvement. Both orange and pineapple juice were watery; the coffee was not tasty - it came from a machine that probably used a whitener instead of fresh milk; the bread was not fresh; there were no fresh vegetables. It is a pity that the breakfast spoiled the otherwise excellent impression of that hotel.
was peaceful, particularly the rooms by garden. staff was friendly and welcoming. breakfast was good. rooms were clean free wifi
New fittings, cleanliness, good bed, helpful guy at desk, location close to station
Typical Europe- no mini fridge or tea making in room.
Staff are extremely helpful and nice, and most importantly, their English speaking standard are extremely good, which is very important to a foreign traveler like me.
We stayed Oct 2014. We were given a very warm welcome by the reception staff. Hotel had a relaxing atmosphere and felt very much at home. Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. In a convenient location with many nearby restaurants. Deserves more than its 3 star rating.
Staff couldn't have been any more helpful! Great location an lovely hotel x
The garden is beautiful and the staff was great. Good location if you take a bus train or rent a car, Termini is one block.
The bed was a bit hard for these old bones!
Location close to Termini station.
Garden room was small and had no window. Air conditioning was noisy. Breakfast is very simple and the coffee from the machine undrinkable.
I like the style of the hotel and the fact that it is on the ground floor and has a garden. It is also convenient to the Termini station which I needed. As a woman staying alone I felt safe and at ease. The breakfasts are good, with plenty to choose from. Plus the staff are courteous and helpful.
It is a fraction tired, but that is probably why the price is so good There is no water in the pond which detracts from the otherwise very nice garden.
Location - 5 minutes walking from Termini Station. Since we had a trains to catch the next morning, we preferred to stay next to the station. Beautiful garden that makes one forget he is in the center of Rome. Breakfast - Very Good. Coffee, hot chocolate, croissants and, of course, nutella!
Location, room, quietness, safty
Staff were friendly, some with good English skills.
Very small room - not commensurate with the price charged and the room description at time of booking.
the garden, also very convenient position near Termini station but not agrotty street
Location was great from the train terminal and the breakfast had a good range of meats, cheese, pastries, yoghurt and coffee was ok from a machine. Front desk staff on evening and morning were very helpful and friendly.
Walls were a bit thin and there is a school across the road from some of the rooms but you should not be sleeping in that late in Rome anyway.
The staff were very good and very helpful. The place was beautifully clean, it's was a lovely looking hotel, the breakfast was very good and plentiful. Overall my wife and I had good lovely time. And would highly recommend the hotel to every one. All transport within walking distance, it cost only 3 euro for both of us to ge to the Vatican City from the hotel.
Too short a stay wish I could spend more time but work commitment etc etc etc caused us to come home.
Good basic breakfast, 2 metro stations within 5 mins, pleasant walk to all sightseeing
I switched heating system on for the night, noise of water flow was a bit disturbing
This hotel situated near to Termini station, bus station, restaurants and supermarket. Great to travel around Rome city. And all of the staff is really professional, I was happy to stay this hotel. Highly recommended.
Location, staff, price
Hard bed, unreliable WiFi connection
Terrific value for money @ £48/night for a double room in February and handy for the Termini.
Great garden with banana and orange trees!, friendly staff, and easy access to all of Rome's sites. They kept our luggage on the last day after check out and until our departure time. The breakfast was reasonable: large choice but not top quality. Veeery good price, but probably because it was the low season (50€/night).
Bad (non-existent) wifi reception in the garden rooms, uncomfortable bed, thin walls = potentially very noisy depending on the neighbors. The rooms are on the small side, which is OK for a short stay with small carry-on luggage.
Great location, very close to the main station Termini. Very good breakfast. Clean rooms and lovely garden.
Bad Wi-Fi connection.
We have stayed there at the end of january for 3 days. Breakfast was the best you can ever find in Rome, room was clean and warm. Excellent location; 5 min. to termini station. And thanks a lot to Paolo for his great attention..
The room was a bit small..
