The hotel location is good for tourists with cars. The morning cuisine is very good for Europe. There is a lot of parking places in this hotel. Renovate the hotel and make a better room sound insulation. |

Best thing about the whole experience at this place was checking out! We are not fussy travellers but wouldn't recommend this place. No shuttle bus as mentioned in booking.com description. 20 min walk into centre of Palermo. Horrendous breakfast and service. Rooms smell of smoke and very very basic for a 4 star, which i guess is reflected in the price |

Good buffet breakfast, friendly staff and good parking. I arrived very late and checked in very easy. Nice view from the roof and comfortable large rooms. If you not used to Palermo driving you will find it difficult to reach the hotel especialy during peek hours. |

Fantastic roof top entertainment area. In room internet was not working. Hotel was having problem investigated & allowed patrons to use internet in office. |

The Hotel is nice and clean, the food is good, the rooms are comfortable and air conditioned, the staff are friendly but it's just not close to anything. The Location. When we asked Hotel staff the best way to get into town we were told to walk. There were bus stops right outside and a train station down the road. This was poor advice and resulted in us walking for 1hr 30mins to get to the centre of town. By day 4 we ignored this advice and were using public transport. I am also annoyed there is no description of how to get to the hotel via public transport on this website. |

There was a complimentary taxi on the hour up to 8pm into the city centre. Linen was clean and changed daily. Was quite a distance from the city centre and a route that is best avoided after dark. Staff weren't overly friendly and to a degree were quite unapproachable. Breakfast was nothing to exciting. |

Staff are good, some staff don't speak English. Would be nice to have couple of hot dishes for b/fast. No bus transfer to the a/port, downtown. |

El personal del hotel amable y sevicial. Buena limpieza en general. Habitaciónes amplias y comodas. Servicio de comedor excelente, Instalaciones de Parking buenas, El estar un poco retirado del centro de la ciudad, hace practicamente imprescindible el uso del coche para desplazarse en la ciudad de trafico endiabladamente caotico y con un servicio transporte publico ineficaz, impuntual y con frecuencia incontrolable. |

le confort de la chambre et la disponibilite du personnel ainsi que la gentillesse des serveurs au restaurant le bruit occasionne par la proximite du marche aux fruits qui fonctionne jour et nuit et la vue sur un terrain vague au lieu d'une vue sur la ville comme il etait precise sur la publicite de cet hotel .De plus,pas de wifi comme annonce |
